I get that problem at high volumes even with master/slave....I think it may be the tradeoff for not using a separator in the box

I have a grand cherokee and I'm suffering the same problem. I haven't had a chance to fix it, but I'm almost positive it is a problem at the head unit, either ground or rca, because it affects both my subs and speakers (when it happens). I'm gonna have some time later today that I will either fix that, install my alt, or both. I'll tell you the results.

damn mine was 180 and it will be 100 if I pay to get it installed -
If I went with dom I would have gotton the 220 amp alt which did about150 idle... The 225 I'm getting from Nate gives me about 140 idle...

Thats why I went with Nate and EA...the quick service just lets me know that if I do have a problem, it wont take me a month to fix it...or if I have a question, I wont have to wait to get it answered

Im a little on the confused side...yes I am a noob but I've read more than a million times about mixing subs....well why are you using the rf subs as well as the fi's...wouldn't that cause cancelation, or do the 360s and careful tuning take care of that?
