I currently own a 03 Chevy s10 pick up with a 2.2L engine. I was looking at getting a dual alt setup but after talking to a few people and looking at the avaliable space, its obvious i can not. So the question I have for all of you is...... Is it possiable to mount up an alternator in the current location of the A/C unit. I personally plan on ripping that out any how and that frees up that location. I am unsure though as i am new to the dual alt set up and am not knowledge fully on what kind of wires and connections need to be made betwen the two alternators. Thanks.

Ok i am looking to buy around 15-20ft of kicker 8 gauge wire in both colors. I would prefer it to be the newer 09 version but if you have the older stuff thats good to. Post what you have with length, new or old and asking price. Or if anyone knows of a site where you can buy kicker 8 gauge wire by the foot. I know Darvex sells the grey, but i also need the blue. the sr9 is a little bulkier then the 19c but overall feels just as good in my palm. I am not looking to carry either of these so as far as slim line goes it doesnt matter to me, i am just looking for a reliable gun that is accurate and comfortable. Both of these are in my price range at the moment and they both feel real good in my hand. Now i just need to figure out the more reliable one, god for bid i ever have to use it. It my job to keep my wife and son safe though.

ive shot a glock g23c and like the accuracy of it, so its safe to assume that the 19c will be pretty close. So how does the ruger compare?

It will be used for target and home security. This one will not be my carry, that will be the Ruger LCP .380

At the local store i can get the glock for $515 and the Ruger for $380.

So after a few years of getting pushed back i am getting my permit. I am turning to you guys to see if anyone wants to give input on my pistol choice. The two choices im stuck on right now are the Glock 19c and the Ruger SR9. Both are of course 9mm. I am sticking with a 9mm at this time only due to the fact that i have plenty of 9mm rounds in my case. I have held both and they both are comfortable in my hand. If i get the glock i will change the trigger down to a 4.5lb insted of the stock 5.5lb. I dont like the 5.5lb pull. Any opinions/suggestions. Thanks, MF

yea this is one of my favs to slam in my truck, very deep bass lines in almost all tracks.

well i already got my supplies and would like it all to match with by ground bar and power bar. i just need alittle help on how to make a good ground point without it looking dumb or bulky.

could still use alittle help on how to do a rubber ground or something. I am not to sure if i am up for attaching it to my box. if anyone can help i will appreciate it. Thanks again.

sod - thanks for the visual help. That gets me a little bit better of an idea on one way i can do it. as far as making them grounding bars, can anyone give me a step by step on how and what id need. I am fairly new to the multiple amp set-ups and would rather not screw anything up. Thanks again.

ok now let me sound like a noob and ask, can i get them at a local hardware store? Or am i better off finding online?
