i dont have a sub, but i have a 6x9.. lol but i dont wanna blow it. im tryna sell it

i made sure, i checked connections at the terminals, and the amp outputs.. their both intact.. and its reading 1.7 ohms, which is what it read 6 months ago when i put them in.

well its an AQ1200D

yeah, no smell.. but main fuse is fine (my highs amp still works) all the fuses in the amp on the sub amp are not blown, rca's are sending a signal.. i hooked the rcas to my highs amp to check and they worked

so tonight i was on my way home, listenin to music, and at night time i dont really "bump" just drive while listening to music casually.. HU was on about 21 out of 35, so not too loud.. still quiet enough to hear some road noise and i noticed my subs stopped bumpin, so im like wtf ok.. so i turn it up to bout 28 and no bass, at all.. so i turn my head quick.. amp light is still on, green so not in protect.. so i pull into a gas station, check everything.. push on the subs.. they move back and fourth so not seized up.. ground is 100% tight, intact to chassis.. havnt tampered with anything latly.. so couldnt have been anything ive done. the amp was reading an input voltage of 14.2.. so i wanted to see if my clipping indicator could catch clipping (to see if the amp is getting a signal) so i turn vol all the way up, knob on max and it was reading a clipping light... so the amp was clipping, yet no power was being sent out any suggestions? subs shouldnt have blown, their not even being fed their rated power, between 100-150 RMS less than their rated for, i dont clip the subs/amp... this happened randomly out of the blue, and worked perfectly earlier any ideas?

yeah, i once had a kid who had a 10" sony xplod, a 12" jl w3 try telling me his system could shit on mine... his was in a jeep cherokee so it seemed louder on the inside, but sounded like shit on the outside... so he got in my car and i played 3 songs, the first was white girl, just for some lows, love for money, then in the air tonight 320bit bass mix, he got out saying it sucked the air out of him on the last song...

lol it might work, but it most likely wont be accurate best way to find out db levels is term lab...

just wire the subs like that on the inside, then you can wire paralell outside the box (pos to pos neg to neg) on the outside of the box, or just have each terminal cup running to the amp at the same channel

just need about 6 0g ring terminals, thats all thats left that i need

lugs or terminals? im not a fan of lugs tbh..
