I'd say 3.4 is as low you can go without major replacements. I'd go with a 3.4 pulley, 180* thermostat, 2 heat range colder plugs and at least 91 octane. You should be fine after that. Or if you wanna go big, go with a 3.25, 2 more heat range colder spark plugs, 3 inch downpipe, CAI, tune your PCM.

my buddy has 2 CVX 12's on a RF T2k and a 2nd battery with an isolator.. his shit bangs.. I just think 4 brutuses would pound harder even though they are half the wattage. But, I've never had a 15" sub, only 12's. That's why I wanted to try it out.

Hey all. I have a Hifonics bxi2008d amp and I wanted to update my subwoofers. So what I'm trying to decide right now, is should I go with 4 12" Hifonics Brutus subs, or 1 CVX 15" sub. I figured 4 12"s would bang harder, but 1 15 should get the job done. Also, I have an Alpine MRP-M500 that I was considering using for a speaker amp, would this work? And also for this amp, there's a little plug with 4 wires coming out of it, what's that for?

LS1. Don't hijack this topic though make a new one. I've owned 3 Blazers in the past year and I pretty much know them inside-and-out. Mine had a multiple random misfire once and it was my fuel injectors because I had ran the fuel pump so low. DON'T RUN THESE THINGS OUT OF GAS. Blazers go through fuel pumps like tampons. I'd check your injectors and if that isn't it, check vacuum lines and stuff like that. You didn't mess around with the intake system at all before this misfire started did you? How many miles does your Blazer have on it?

And if you do end up buying a spray gun, get a gravity-feed gun so you're not fuckin around more than you have to.

Find someone who does car detailing professionally, and slip him 50 bucks to buff your whole truck. It's well worth it because that thing will pop like it just rolled off the line. Make sure he doesn't buff the fender that you just had painted either! (Could be bad since paint hasn't had time to fully cure)
