    They get low even though my box is tuned higher than I wanted. It was supposed to be tuned to 36Hz but the outcome was higher. i did not build it so it was not to the specs I desired.

    Yeah I agree it probly wouldnt fit on a Ford that body style. I like keeping it clean and simple though so I went crazy with the welder and sheet metal. I made that license plate box by hand too.

    It is trial and error but if you work with it enough it will come out clean and smooth as you can see.

    I made my own out of 18g sheet metal. The sheet cost me about $30 bucks and was enough metal to make ten pans if I wanted to. Just make sure you have the pan down far enough to open the tailgate. I welded my gate closed so it was not a problem for me.
