  1. i've used PC fans before, they made some noise in the audio system...may have just been me...
  2. i only ask on here because some people have experience with the particular sub and whether it likes a lot of port area or not
  3. man that is a sweet idea \ builld, can't wait for the finish and perhaps... a video?!
  4. I'm building a box for my friend's Fosgate t2 15. How much port area per cube should I have? the box will be tuned to 33Hz. Thanks in advance...
  5. yeah, if that's true, then all of our boxes are wrong.
  6. i have a rockford punch 300-1 for sale... cosmetic 8\10 functionality 10\10 ... $125..PM if interested
  7. find out what fits in your car. fit the biggest one up front, and put the yellow top in back
  8. if your fuses and install are correct, you shouldn't have to keep replacing. it should protect your install and amps and other components of your audio system without blowing. and a circuit breaker gets a little weaker every time it breaks. eventually it will offer you no protection. everyone who knows what they are doing uses fuses and there's a good reason for that.
  9. x2 on the second battery...and put some terminals on that box son...no wiring going in\out of the port! that's ghetto! but especially for a 1st install it looks pretty good. just gotta finish up that box with some paint or carpet.
  10. that's the song you're looking for. and welcome to the forums
  11. so much for 99.4% sure

  12. well then thank god you upgraded. but maybe search that amp for a model number and search for it online? that should tell you the output of them. and for god sakes, get rid of that power acousitik cap...sell it and upgrade your big 3 underhood wiring.<br>
  13. ^^^ nathan will take care of you. go with XS ... imo. and i say put the biggest you can fit up front, do good wiring to the trunk, and then a smaller one in the trunk.
  14. x2 and the slopes determine how fast the level falls at the point of the crossover. for example at 12 dB \ octave, one octave below your crossover point will be 12dB quieter. edit: for a high pass filter, a low pass will be the opposite
  15. PM me with what you got.
