just big three, stock alt. It will slowly drain when i let it blair and idle is at 800. but driving it stays around 14. No way i could so a 3min average at a comp lol.

this one was (rebuilt) so it could be possible. and i did see it run like at .33 ohms i think. it was pushing six L5s

I knw this guy locally that has a kicker kx1200.1, originally 1 ohm stable, he said he had it rebuilt to do a quarter ohm and it puts out like 1900 or 2400 idk.. anyways i was wondering if it would be possible to do that to the zx series. like my 1500.1? and make it one ohm stable w/o shitting lol. I know in the subwoofer manuals they say that ther are upgrades for zx amplifiers but idk what thats all about. but if it is possible to rebuild a zx how do i have it done?

I have a ZX1500.1 (kicker) amp. It does 1500rms @ 2 ohms and is not rated at 1 ohm.. thing is I have a 15" fi BL that is a D2 and 4ohms will not be enough at comps. So would it be safe to burp it at 1 Ohm?

how will that tear it up?..playing below tuning? What would you suggest for daily then b/c i want to listen to my sub lol

cant unless i recone the sub for a D1 because its a dual 2 and my amp does 1500 @ 2, and my box tuned to 35hz peaked @ 42hz and a box i tuned to 42hz peaked @ 45 The 42hz box was louder on the TL as well.

hey what do you guys think i should tune the box for my 15" BL? The sub will have 4-4.25 cu ft of airspace and il only be running about 800rms to the sub. I want something that will smash lows but also get loud at comps.. also it will be slot port. of all the boxes i have made a peak around 42-45 hz in my car.

like the square subs have no sq at all, they just get loud. and my camera isnt the best and wont pic up all the movement and sound.

yea so far loudest system iv had, but alot more sloppy than the single 15. I want to try an FI or something but im kina afraid to. Il see what numbers these are doing friday.

Alright guys im deciding to ditch my kickers and go with some fi. Im running a kicker zx1500.1 amp and cant build a box up to 4 cu ft.(gross). I want to compete in a competative class next season called basic 2. and can run three tens, two twelves, or one 15. I also have a trunk car, with seats that fold down. I have been thinking about getting two 12" ssd's or a single BL 15" (loaded). Which would be louder or what would you recommend? Note: i really like the single 15 setup vs two 12s.

It would take that power just fine on burps if you're into competing.. as for street beating it no..you would kill it and the bit of extra money it would take to get a lvl 4, or XL would be worth it.
