I see no reason why not. The yellow and blue wires tap into the orange with blue stripe wire coming of of your stock alt and you can use the dual plug if you want to. EDIT- yes it is the GM oval plug for the dual alt.

If you look at the picture it shows you how and you end up with 1 pos and 1 neg to wire to your amp. Just copy this diagram exactly when you are wiring your subs and you will get 1 ohm. Explanation.....wire + and + and - and - on both subs together with jumpers. Now take another jumper and wire/jump + on one coil of both subs and - on the other coil of both subs. Then from your last jump take another wire and go straight to your amp. This is the hard way to get down to 1 ohm. This is the easy way If you just wire both subs like this down to 2 ohms and take both positive and both negatives and run them into the sub output on your amp you will end up at 1 ohm.

Wire it exactly like the link you posted. This is the pic from that link.

If you do what you have in the picture to individual amps you will see a 2 ohm load. If you do what the diagram in the link shows and wire both subs to 1 amp you will see a 1 ohm load.

Which ass I can show you a bunch of different ones. Everything except the box build which I did tonight. The 8s are replacing 2 JL W6 10s and are doing great so far. The box is about 2 cubes total tunes about 38hz and it hits everything. I mean they hit freaking low notes like my 10s didnt hit. I was too busy with my truck to have time to even think about messing with the car.

Ive got a Vellman HPS10 O Scope for sale. It is in perfect working condition. I only tried using it once and just dont understand o scopes so I have found someone local with one that will tune everything for me. It comes with the owners manual and batteries. Price: $100 plus shipping.

If you want a daily driver with that long of a commute I would want something that plays music in the mid 40s. driving around paying music 50+ is fucking dangerous. First off you cant hear a damn thing, second everything in the car is shaking(including your eyeballs), 3rd you are going to spend alot and I mean alot(as in thousands and thousands of dollars trying to get to a 160 and you still might not get there.)

they were on a kicker warhorse. i ran them at 2500 daily and only burped them a few time at 5k each to see what they would do. I could play music at a 151 and they burped a 153. They are for sale if you are interested
