Full tilt at idle drops to 12.8 sometimes down to 12.5 (not to bad)

Yes, you should run positive to positive and fuse for the wire ( so there is little to no resistance) so 200 to 250 amp fuse within 18" at the battery under the hood and also at the battery in the back. As for your ground, you should ground to the nearest good ground on your body, and or frame. Then fuse your amps according to the fuses that are currently in the amps. Example: 3 40amp fuses you would want a 120 amp fuse maximum.

My 6.5s blew. Whats a good replacement?

You will be amazed with what these can do for the money spent. Click here to see I have 2 sets of these in my car on a sm4-1000 autotek amp and they will pierce your ears if you want them to. Plus your getting tweeters and crossovers too! -
Amp and subs are fine, it was due to the "chopped and screwed" songs clipping causing the amp to pull more then it knows how
-
Bingo. If your scoped your amp on regular music, this boosted music most likely had a stronger signal. It's not because the songs had minimal clipping in them, it's because your gains were too high for these songs. Instead of only clipping where the song does, your amp was most likely forcing a clipped signal on every bass note which caused it to draw too much current and eventually melted your fuses. Thank you!

Tons of music does, but people like pretending that everyone is putting double RMS to their subs and beating the hell out of them 24/7. Not all 30 or 31 songs all the way through but about a half hour of playtime yes.
-
Not that I can see, I guess I can check again through the firewall and through the seats to the trunk.
-
Gain was the same for about 6 months.

I was playing all the songs made here when my subs turned off, no power light on my bass knob. I found 3 40A melted fuses in my Sundown SAX-1200D. I believe there is minor clipping in some songs that were made and I believe that was the cause but I would like others opinions too.

blue screen then shutdown
xstingstreetx87 replied to MACnonsence6's topic in Computer Talk - News, technology, advice
The most common reason for a BSOD(Blue screen of death) is the hard drive is failing, but it could also be many other issues. I would listen carefully as the computer starts and if it sounds clicky, poppy, loud, then chances are the hard drive is starting to fail. I would get diagnostics ran on the computer at once. Remember to backup all of your data first. -
A single 10" sundown sa-10 was able to hit 150 I have 2 It all depends on your box and port tuning ect.. Im at 35 hz tuned port through the rear seat. Before laughing know the facts. what do you want to bet you aren't doing a 150? I know the facts I know what it takes to do a 150. You might as well throw Jacobs results out the window. He's got more man hours into his box and knows exactly what it does and every little tweak. I bet if you ask him he can tell you how much he gains or loses by adjusting the passenger seat or the sunvisors too. I guess I didnt know you had 2 10s and 1200 watts. a 150 is not happening. You lack power you lack cone area Before you come to a gun fight try loading the gun first. Yeah, your probably right, I just had high hopes . Oops? You mean I forgot my ammo, damn QQ
