I need to find a PPG paint that is close to the House Of Kolor paint i want.(my supplier is out) i want to get the kandy cobalt blue. but do not know which PPG is the closest

I had bought a used pair of audiobahn midbass 6.5's really cheap and guess what they blew. so im looking for a decent midbass 6.5 to replace it. im tight on cash so im gonna say like under 80. i already have 2 sets of rockford primes in my front doors so i want something that could keep up and if i had the money i would get the Hybrid Audio but ther expensive lol
