I do have to disagree with you in a small thing, yes you can see it sometimes on 2 12´s boxes lol, a friend of mine had a corolla with 2 12s with something like 40" wide box lol, he placed one of the subs way to far away from the port and that thing sounded like crap, i had to do a loading wall just like you are saying and problem solved, but anyways, yeah it happens a lot hehe

Both cars get stupid loud from the trunk, i it´s a wall, then i guess there´s no difference lol, i bought an explorer because of the room on the cargo area for street classes, but blazers look better imo

Blazers are LOUD also, but the cargo area is smaller than the explorer if i´m not mistaken, if you are planning to wall it for daily then i guess it doesn´t matter lol

I love my 99 explorer!!! They get stupid loud with everything you get in that cargo area if you decide to keep your back seats, if you want to wall it, you have a lot of room also , maybe a ford expedition also? chevy tahoe or a suburban, there´s lot of options...

I didn´t know ray is doing designs now, i wouldn´t doubt getting one from him if i were you, the guy is just stupid loud on everything he builds, and i honesty think 15$ it´s way too cheap for such a proven design!!

I traveled to Florida since my nephew just came into this world, so i contacted a couple of people around here to meet up and get a few demos, i got 4 demos on 6 days so it´s not bad at all, they are: 1) Mr. Darkjustice 2) Maliboom 3) Thumpinmagician 4) Pipo "The Man" Sanchez!!! Here´s the video from dark´s demo, guy´s COOL as hell, his car sounds loud and clean, i enjoyed that demo very much, hope we can meet again sometime brotha!!! Wait for the other videos to upload on youtube, i can asure that they are enterteined as hell, specially pipo´s demo since i haven´t seen someone with a longer vid than mine inside his car

Noisy, i´m from Panama city , PANAMA (central america), not panama city, florida , that´s why i want to get a lot of demos from you guys, i´m tired of been the loudest ground pouder i´ve ever heard lol, both of my cars are over 150 dbs, one of them @ 48 hz and he other one @ 40 hz but that´s it, latins care more about been loud with high frequencies because of the kind of music we usually like, but i prefer ground pounding

Hey guys, to make this thing short, my nephew it´s coming to the world next month, so i´m traveling to Miami, Florida and i´ll stay a week over there, from september 17 to 25 , of course, i wanna get a trip to Orlando and go to Disney and everything lol, anyway, i just rented a crappy chevrolet Aveo for those days, so i´m looking to meet a few people and maybe get a couple of demos, i wanted to get a demo from rival´s yellow truck or maybe from strongaman designs , but they are too far away, i did contact mikey pilato (owners1) a few weeks ago and i´m pretty sure i´ll get a demo from his monster Hummer since he´s close to Orlando, anyone else??? this should be fun!!

Original it´2s actually 43 hz constant bass line for straight 2 and a half minutes, i used that song on a "deathmatch" 2 minutes round and scored awesome, that´s a great song indeed, i can get it peaking @ 44 hz if you want and maybe boost it a little bit

lil jon - push that nigga it´s the best bass race song out there on that range of frequencies, my swift is peaking at 45 hz, i just added a little bit more of speed to the song and now it´s peaking @ 45 hz, raised my score a full db on "street SPL" wich doesn´t have any rules about music

What are your goals? i hope you are shooting for a low score, cabin is way to big for such a small cone area, of course , high scores are very possible if you know what you are doing, but without testing a lot it´s very difficult

If you want to do some hairtricks with those subs in that car, i guess you would have to forget about playing dance,techno and trance STRONG as hell, you have to pick one of those options, myself, i have a car doing hairtricks and the other one playing the highs stronger, as much as i enjoy the hairtricks, i honestly prefer the explorer wich plays STRONG as hell from 40 to 60 hz, i love playing the highs at full tilt, trance,techno, merengue,salsa, rave, house, etc etc, those are the one kicking you in the head and making your breathing more difficult lol, i love my explorer Anyways, that´s up to you, but also the box size depends on the amount of power you want to use and the frequencies you want to be loud at, a big ass box would give you more output on the lows while on the other hand the small box would kick the highs louder, of course this isn´t a constant, but you get the idea!!! For lower frequencies i would build: 3/4" MDF (1.9 cms) Box: 45 cms H x 91 cms W x 91 cms D Port: 10.25 cms H x 87.2 cms W x 69 cms D That would give you 8.1 c/f and 138SQ of port with a 37 hz tuning after displacement, should play very strong from 33 to 48 hz i´m guessing with a 30 hz f3. I would also suggest some bracing in it or maybe double baffle, depends on you. For higher frequencies i would build: 3/4" MDF (1.9 cms) Box: 42 cms x 91 cms x 91 cms Port: 10.25 cms H x 87. cms W x 50 cms D That would ive you 7.9 c/f and 138SQ o port with a 42 hz tuning after displacement, should play very strong from 38 to 56 hz i´m guessing with a 35 hz f3. Same suggestion, brcing or double baffle, depends on you. For straight trance/house/techno application i would do: 3/4" MDF (1.9 cms) Box: 42 cms x 91 cms x 8.0 cms Port: 9 x 87.2 x 40 cms That would give you around 7.1 c/f and 121SQ of port with a 45 hz tuning after displacement, should play strong as fuck from 44 to 65 hz i´m guessing with a 39 hz f3. All boxes are sub up/port back with the subs as close to the hatch as possible.

The 146.1 it´s with a single 3515, the 150.7 it´s with a pair, there are tons of guys way louder than me, specially using DD, biggest problem it´s you get inputs from them lol, i would strongly suggest you nuthugging "pulse car audio" for some help, but he´s tough lol. About the 10K , damn, that´s a lot of power for those subs even after impedance rise and voltage drops, are you sure you wanna go with that ammount of power?? Pics you posted are fine, is it loud with those R´s? have you tried another kind of box or have you faced always everything to the back?? Pretty sure my boy Claudiu from Romania had a car just like that and he was louder with subs up/port back. What kind of music you like? what´s your exact goals on this build?
