For a Fi 15 full loaded?? I thought anywhere in the 30-35 range would be great

I have a 97 accord too, and Gl getting 4 12's in it.. I thought of that too but the biggest box you could put in, not too sure width wise, is 16" high, and 25" deep. Unless you find a ghetto ass way to slide anything bigger in, it's not going to fit. I took the carpet out, the plastic trunk lid trim too. The way the bottom part at the bottom of the rear window, and the trunk above the bumper meet you can't put that big of box in there. You're better off doing 1 15", or 18 if you design the right box.

I need a double check on this. I used torres calc, and my box is 16" high, 25" deep, and 31" wide. Everything is .75 inch mdf. I grooved the outsides of the box so that there would be better gripping and strength for the sides and box overall. This'll put me at 58 inches squared port area and the range is 55-73 sq inches. The length seems awful long in the box, it leaves me with around 3-4 inches of gap for the subs waves to travel through... Is this right? If its not could someone help me with the port? It's not to late to redo it. Nothings been glued inside the box yet. I can always recut and and redo. I have 2 extra sheets of mdf.. The major problem im running into is I want it tuned to 32 htz, but if I do that doesn't put me in the reccommended port range.. Here's the torres I got.

LPU Only. I am not shipping these anywhere. I am selling my current setup to fund my new build for a FI Btl 15". This all works 100%, and i've only had it for about 2 months now. Never been abused, and gain on the amp has never been past halfway mark. Subs are well broken in and sound great. If you are a serious buyer I will let you hear them, but i'm not driving out of my way just so you can hear them, and not buy them. Also included is an eclipse EA4200 amplifier for mids and highs. It's rated 60W x4 at 4 ohms, and 70w x4 at 2 ohms. Everything except the EA4200 is cosmetically 100% clean of scratches and dents. The Eclipse amp has a few scratches from screwdriver slips, but other than that it works 100%. I'll include the hardware bags that they came with too (fuses,screws,allan wrenches). And No the eclipse amp isn't/never was mounted to the top of the kicker box. Go ported. It'll be louder for 2 10's. If shes looking for more sound quality, make a sealed box. You first need to measure the trunk and get your max dimensions. Also make sure you double measure your opening for the trunk so you know the max height and length of a box you can put in. It taught me a lot of stuff. 2 or 3 parts i think.. You can also browse around the sub and enclousure part of the forum and get ideas of what people are doing. That'll help you out a lot too. Just dont rush what youre trying to do and itll turn out good

Wiring doesnt matter really for components.

So you got a 4 ch amp correct? You should have 3 sets of rca inputs on it. Front, rear, and output. You get your fading from the 2 sets of inputs (front and rear). You should have 2 sets of rcas from the back of the HU, one thats on the "front" connected to the "front" on the input on the amp, and another set wired from the "rear" on the HU, to the "rear" input on the amp. So yes you need another set.

I have a good job at the grocery, I pull about 200$ or so a week so it's not like im in debt... I have a good ammount of cash in the bank, and Im not going to blow it all. I spend wiseley, and if I buy something big, or spend a lot one day, I rebuild that with my job then buy something new to add. I don't just blow it all like some people.

Good luck finding cheaper. Ebay brands are generally 60% plastic tube and 40% wire. Knu is good shit.. Very hard to find a good set of 0/1 for 60$

Gee that sure would be nice if they would help with fiberglassing, or any of that. But nope, and to top that he doesnt want me using any power tools, (and i'm 18 btw)the only way anything gets done is if I ask and he does it. He wont listen to how I want it done he just does it. So I end up spending more on re supplying myself and getting it done again, or having someone else that'll listen do it for me.

I see the point in not putting too much time in effort into a older car, but my 97 accord looks pretty damn good for being 13 years old. Interior is perfect, nothings cracked, faded, carpets A+, paint on outside is great, 160k miles... It'll last me at least quite a while still... And more than 90% of the shit im putting into it is transferable or sellable. Nothing stock has been ruined, and everything can be put back to stock excactally if I need to.

I know it fuckin sucks. When I took out my Hid's to sell them, he saw me with them and asked me a million questions about what they were why I had them, and how did that mess up my car. Then he asked me how much I paid, so I cut the price by about 3/4 since I didn't feel like syaing about 100$ and told him $35 and he just shook his head.
