not at all bro. really all you need to do is run one wire back to the pos on your amp. ground the meter somewhere up under your dash (or anywhere) and hook up the ignition wire on the meter to your remote wire on your deck. its really simple.

stinger meters have 3 wires. + - and an ignition wire. + goes to + at amp and - to any ground source and ignition to your remote. i don't see the point of having the switch. i like to monitor my voltage at all times tho.

unless im blind, if they are wired like in the pic it is wired to 1 ohm.

no need for a toggle switch if he just hooks the ignition wire on the meter to his remote wire...
