Yeah i am weary of going full tilt with amp until i beef up the alternator! Any pics by chance of how you braced your back wall?! Never really seen it done. Also are you in Knoxville? I stay subbed in to "Flex Issues" on youtube and love his vids, i know he's also a part of the team, i'm in Cookeville,Tn not TOO FAR away. I'd love to meet up and discuss some of this stuff with you guys!

And im also a firm believer in the pics or it didnt happen phrase, funds are available although nothing has been ordered until im EXACTLY 100% positive of whats needed etc. Thanks for the info on the welding cable i'll check those sites out! I've heard its much better/cheaper! And with everything ive listed above it comes out roughly to a little over 3k! Which MAY need to be dwindled down a bit, so i'm sonsidering 1 15" Mayhem as well. Not sure which i'll end up doing! URGH.

Hey guys, i am in the mix of building a system and would appreciate some direction in a few areas. First off the system consists of (2) Ascendant Audio Mayhem 15's powered by an Audioque 3500.1 (RATED AT 4300 @14.4v), electrical will be an XS D3100 until i can afford a H/O alt! All 0/1 Gauge for power/ground etc. Will be going into an 03 Sonoma. Does anyone know of somewhere online that sells like welding cable. Not "Audio" cable but like serious electrical wiring. Its much cheaper but can't find anywhere online selling it. Also any hints/tips/hates/comments i'd like to hear! Guidance is recommended. Have done some moderately big installs but this will be my biggest yet. Thanks so much guys! God Bless!

Im looking to run an audioque 3500.1 And if im looking at running 2 15's, what would you go with, with that amt of power?? I would love to Fully loaded BTL's but may not get as loud, if i were to go with like two HDC3 15's? Or maybe BL's? DD15? What would you run???

Hmmm, not really looking to wall in this truck, i think i will either go with 2 fully loaded BTL 15's or 1 18 Fully loaded. Would love if anybody had pics of a system like that in a colorado

Im looking to put some Fi in my 04 Colorado Ext cab, BUT with the limited amt of space im not exactly sure what i could put back there and them still have room to breathe?? I would LOVE two 18's, but realisticly thinking i may have to go with a single 15" or 18" BTL. But wanted to know what you guys thought about 2 18's or 2 15's having enough space to breathe?? Any help/advice/suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks!!!

Dont have enough posts in my pm box & needed help from anyone enthused by car audio, design for the spring is EITHER (2) 18" AA Mayhems or (2) Fi BTL fully loaded 18's. Powering them will be an AQ 3500.1 with a 220 alt & 4 kinetik batts. * 3 QUESTIONS* 1)Wich setup will retain this power best?? 2)If a later wanted to add another AQ 3500.1 to this setup and put one per sub, could they handle it?? LASTLY 3) I'm doing a wall build in my 99' accord coupe & am inexperienced in walls so i'll def. have someone build it for me, how much ROUGHLY would this wall cost me?? PLEASE, any offered suggestions, un-sarcastic comments, and advice is definitely welcome!! Thanks!

Well this head unit is like 350$ new. One of kenwoods finest. Others who have excellent head units, does your cd's skip or do you use ipod aux etc?

I have a kenwood head unit kdcx-889 its a great head unit but when my subwoofers hit it flexes my front and causes my cd player to skip constantly while playing cd's?? Is it possible to secure the head unit better or really unsure what to do. Bought an FM transmitter because head unit doesn't have aux inputs, but hate the fuzziness of it. PLEASE HELP.
