how would these do as midbass? thinkin of putting 1 in each kick with 200-300w to each. got RF power comps in the doors and junk tweets on the windshield towers. kinda would like to bring the bass all around. or i could put 2 in each door panel. is it all 5 for $75 plus shipping?? thanks

i've got a pair of APX 818 motors on the way and Atomic is building me drop in recone kits for them but i need baskets w/10" spider landings for them to mount to. Beings they are building the kits and they are atomic motors I'm guessing that they will have to be mounted to atomic baskets so if anyone has a pair of atomic baskets or baskets w/the same motor to spider landing distance(i'm not sure what that would be but i'll find out) please let me know through pm w/pics and prices shipped. thank you everyone for the help

how much for just the motors? i don't see paying $500 for complete subs if i'm going to tear them down. You willing to split them up and sell just the motors??

i'm looking for a pair of motors to build some SPL 18's. I've found a DD9500d motor if anyone else has one but if not any other heavy motors that can be built to take atleast 2k daily and perform good on SPL would be great. Looking to spend no more than $250 shipped per motor cuz i'm on a budget. I've got 4-12" RF power hx2's w/fresh build w/OEM parts, 1krms/2k max for trade and deal to be worked out in pm. not much feedback so far but i'm down to needing only "1" power hx2 dustcap and my hunt is over, then my man forevrbumpn will be building my drop in recone kits..can anyone help with 1 dustcap?

I'm bored with the 18's now so i'm moving on to another build, plus i think i'm still morning the loss of my power dvc's so i'm moving back in with RF. I'm looking for RF Power HX2 motors, 12" baskets, dustcaps and 12" consealer gaskets. If anyone has any of these items, please send me pics and price you wish to get for it with shipping included. I'm not rich by no means because uncle sam doesn't pay his soldiers for the dangerous job they perform, but i will do my best to pay you what you require. Thanks

i gave up on the consealer gasket and bought some from PSI..i've got a new 18" build but don't have a build log up yet on here but it's on CACO..i've changed my box again though, wanted to face the 8" aero's towards the back..i'm originally from columbus, ga but i'm stationed in fort campbell for now but will be moving back to GA soon..my 18's aren't RF, used ssackett oem motors ad 18" RF punch hx2 baskets and soft parts i got from forevrbumpn..my next 18" builds will be using TRF motors tho

got the logo's taken care of..just need the 18" RF speaker gasket now

I'm looking for an 18" RF consealer gasket(speaker gasket) and 2 team rf or old skool RF dust caps. Please let me know if anyone has any of these items or knows where i can find em. Thanks

sorry i'm posting my photobucket album up here, it's just too much work to copy the shortcuts and paste em here. this my first drop in recone project and my first complete build and i dont understand why these are sent in to have them built by someone else when it's so easy, only important thing is to make sure to shim the coil and the rest is common sense. anyway, these drop ins are on my 15" RF punch power dvc's. Not sure if the rms and max are the same since I switched to dual 2 ohm coils instead of the factory 4 ohms and half roll foam surround instead of the factory rubber surround. the 18" build is an old school punch hx2 basket, hard progressive roll spider w/stitched tensil leads, dual 3 ohm 3" voice coil bought from forevrbumpn(which he also did the drop in recones for my 15's), motor for the 18 is a triple 3/4" slug OEM motor, rms around 1500w. this build took me every bit of 3 hours, i plan to add a double baffle to countersink the subs after i recone with TRF cones and add some bracing in the box but the 8" aero really made a big difference gotta add a pic of my little helper
