So I have an 04 GMC Sierra and im installin a new stereo and I know that they dont have an ignition, so for now i have it wired ghetto to a switch and what i want to know is i know they sell some fuse tap kind of thing but i dont know what it is called and i want to order that ASAP! So help? Or give me another option?
You would need an alt just for car electronics,(radio, fuel pumps etc, windows) then another alt for 24v and 24v batteries, or just run 12v in series but then you would need 2x more because series equals double voltage but half amperage!

3. Description/Condition: Re is used but in flawless condition no rips or cracks whatever.
DC: The DC was reconed by some guy i bought him the arts and when he was reconing it i went to go get a bite to eat. The recone it self is good its just that foo had epoxy leaking everywhere on the motor. It has 4 of the six motor screws. But he filled it with epoxy so its held on very tight. The tinsel leads are not soldered because i dont have terminals so either i put on direct leads or give me $ for terminals. It has not been connected whatsoever there is no coil rub or any odd sounds.

Its how they work, think the AP3000 something, its just 2 of there 1500's in one. They can only be ran at 2 ohms why? Because each amp is getting 1 ohm...So pushing a 4 channel under 2 ohms is like pushing a mono under 1 ohm.
4 channels are like strapped amps. So if you have a 2 ohm load you have 2 1 ohm loads. So if you got to 1.34 ohms each amps would be like at .625~ ohms thats low!
