Yes it is. Yeah i got big 3, fresh brushes in the alt. but my main problem is very low idle. Any one with a Mk2 VW would know that its a pain to keep a steady idle with the mechinal fuel injection. Im planing to do a ABF clone swap that uses the better alts from 93-98 Vws. Plus on real hot days and sitting at idle the voltage drop low even without the system playing. But a short drive around the block brings voltage back up some.

well here is a video of my car playing some Rick Ross. It took me a while to get videos of my ride but hopefully i'll put more. Let me know what you think. BTW the high pitch noise you here when im in front of the car is the throw out bearing. It'll get fixed sooner or later.

The last time i used a 7.2 volt battery was in a Radio shack RC car. Now im all 2 cell Lipo power.
