Hi guys helping a friend out Sub is a Pro Plus 15 http://www.thebassbin.co.uk/product.php?id=1512 Max dimensions are Height 18inch Width 34inch Depth 17inch Was going to tune to 32hz as mate mainly listens to dub plates and hip hop etc so low tuned would be ideal. Not to sure on what cubic feet is ideal? Also not sure on how big port to go? Car is a polo 6n2 and amp is a Hifonics Crunch amp What would you guys suggest? Hows that? Could someone help me with a box design/cut sheet? Thanks

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0FWeC56H50&feature=related Not sure where to ask this. but would something like that be suitable to setup gains on a amp? So you can see where theres clipping? It looks cheap to do/

I ordered the alpine m500 Its 500rms at 2ohms, so it matches with the sub perfectly. I didnt want to over power the subs.
-
Is the cut sheet ok for these subs?
-
Il probally be powering off one of these, I think there the most suitable towards my budget. http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/8045.html http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/4250.html this is the cut sheet top: 26''x18'' bottom: 26''x18'' left side: 14.5''x16.5'' right side: 14.5''x17.25'' back: 26''x14.5'' front: 22.75''x14.5'' port mouth: 14.5''x14'' port tail:14.5''x18'' thanks to bassl0va for this. It is tuned to 35hz Once I minus off the port, bracing, and sub im left with 2.3 cubes.

hi guys, new member but been here a long time. I have a alpine type r 12'' its 500watts rms, i wanted to know how much power this sub can handle for a daily use, I was looking at 700w or 1500w jbl amplifiers. I know 1500w is alot for this sub, but i was going to turn the gain down, Also how do u know how much rms power a amp is giving, can you measure it with a multimeter? One last question. Are there any designs out there for a ported enclosure for this sub? Thanks Jazz
