  4. My amp keeps blowing fuses it has been hooked up for over a year no problems then it started blowing fuses everytime I give it power. The amp goes to a boat so it could be from the bouncing around maybe messed up the internals .

  6. What is the thickness of your mdf/ply wood For that its going to be 1 inch and 12volt.com says that thoes specs its going to be 1.68519 cubic feet if you want 33hz at 4 Diameter pvc then it only needs to be 15.52772 inchs long Check it out http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/boxcalcs.asp
