  1. what kind of amp are you running??
  2. thats why i said just for him to go to traders village and get that new surround on it it won't hurt a damn thing i've seen plenty of subs dented scratched torn, but still plays when it gets repaired
  3. well then just keep 2 12's and sell the new one you just got
  4. just say 375 is my final offer lol, i bet he'll go for it then
  5. you don't have to play at full power just enough to where you can see that it moves up and down
  6. but if you're goin to leave the set up that way then just move the new sub to the middle but if you want to leave the new one at the end then rewire it
  7. ok here's something to think about try putting the new sub in the middle of that pack, and see what she does then, and wire them in series parallel to get a 1.3 ohm load instead of 3 ohm load more power...
  8. ok that was also at traders village, and they'll do it for 30 bucks
  9. http://houston.craigslist.org/ele/1835360976.html try that web site.. that may help i dunno where in houston they are but check out the link
  10. hmm wow the whole surround is missing, thought maybe it was just damaged or something, but you should check out traders village they have like 5 or 6 audio shops in that place they might be able to tell you something..., they might could get a new surround and have it glued on there,
  11. seriously i have never seen such a setup so out of phase like that its almost like each sub is drumming one after the other 1...2....3 then back to 1... lmao thats a hilarious video tho
  12. 3 ohms?? first all you need to break the new sub in first.... how the hell are you getting 3 ohms??? can you draw up a picture of how you have it wired up and what ohm are the subs?
  13. what part of houston are you at, i know a few places that can get the sub repaired for around 40 to 50 bucks
  14. lmao thats funny all 3 are different lengths, how long have you had the subs? and what do you have it wired down to?
  15. also buy some 2 by 4's for your internal bracing, those subs are heavy, and the bracing will help your box flex less for better output
  16. ok looks like you're gonna need 1 sheet, but buy a second sheet in the case you mess up and so you can do a double baffle as well i have all the dims for the cut outs if you need them??
  17. you want round or slotted ports?
  18. wow nice subs, thats going to be loud ok give me a min and i'll do my calculations
  19. ok you're gonna need to make a box smaller than that, that comes up to 16.5 cu ft too big, shorten up on the width to like 32 in , how many subs you putting in and what size subs are they?? and whats your tuning freq going to be??
  20. well first of all you need to give us your dimensions that will usually help you figure out how many sheets you're gonna need , the sheet dims are 49 by 97 i believe which is 4 feet by 8 ft hit me back
  21. i did email them once yesterday, and once last week, still no replies just like the problem with the damn alternators... can't find one for the car
  22. wow, 10.5 cu ft is what i could get before any displacement?? that just requires me to take out the 6 x 9 speakers in the rear deck and place them else where, which would leave me 2 openings.. fuck what do i do with that?? should i use that for some ports to fire upwards??
  23. lol @ my thread getting jacked , funny but its all good, i still haven't measured the SOB malibu....trying to figure out which measurements to take, its has all kinds of freakin shapes at the top and sides ...wanting to do a wall in box...how much box volume do i need for 2 15's??
  24. i was thinking of doing dc lvl 3's or 4's but i haven't been able to get prices on these subs...
