  1. Seeing that name (Broken Silence) is funny because a local mini truck guy came up with it about 5 years ago and now some db draggers still use it.
  2. Leon is the owner of Audio Ques, his son Jessa owns DD. Leon lives about 20 minuets from me and DD is about 6 hours.
  3. Not that it matters, but if your amp could blow the fuse its rated for your doing something wrong. I would go with 200 myself.
  4. Youn dont need relay for 4 amps. I ran 8 memphis 4kw's off the HU all last year.
  5. They should ship anywere, DD sells more over seas then here.
  6. YES, there is few woofers that could handle more power.
  7. What did you end up getting? I like the second box better, thats alot of port though.
  8. You can always go up but might not be able to go down. Lower the ohm load the less resistance the amp sees = more power, higher load , higher the resistance = less power.
  9. I could have got the 32inch clarion for 400 about 5 years ago. I passed on it and the shop couldnt sell it so they put it in a demo vehicle and it sounded horrible, very muddy with little responce.
  10. The B&K is less consistant the the termlab from one vehicle to the next. Not that it matters. I have seen many really loud competitors laugh at there scores on the B&K because they know that its wrong. But on the flip side going from one termlab to someone elses there usually a difference too.
  11. The Audio Que has less motor machining. I have seen the new woofer its been around here for over a couple of months for real world testing. Leon the owner of AQ which is Jessa's dad lives close to me. The dd will be a few tenths louder on a meter if you have the power, but I was basing my decision of thinking you were wanting to street beat and not spl scores. The true matter is DD is a awesome woofer but its over priced.
