  1. 5.4 cubes before bracing and displacement. probably would look pretty cooli know it'd add a ton of weight too
  2. so what would happen if i would put it in the minimum size enclosure? just less output/ volume/ less efficiency. im pretty sure i only can make like a 4-5 cube box
  3. how do you go about building a box for an inverted sub? im considering buying an aq hd3 18 but i dont think i could fit the 6 cube box below the window line and keep my back seat. so if i invert it would a smaller box work?
  4. i dont have any vids of jumping my jeep. but i have a couple of small jumps with some quads.
  5. yeah there arent any specs for the sa 15 listed
  6. well my friend took my joke seriously and made a cartoon of my ice chest radio. so here you go laugh or dont
  7. you guys are right about the thousands. i think im about 350 to 400 dollars into it right now. but if i could afford it id be in the thousands range
  8. idk i guess im lucky. i just threw a 12 in a box and i got roof flex. i still wanna upgrade though
  9. hmm well what do you guys think. 1'sa15 or 1'sa12. i dont think i could really power the 2 12's on the amp i have now. so im guessing the 15 would be better
  10. the sundown is alittle out of my price range. i was thinking of the obsidians i kinda wanna see every option i might have
  11. im looking at either 1 15 or 2 low power 12's to run in my jeep. i have the Fulton Memphis belle for now until i decided to sell it or buy something better. and i have the dimensions 24"w 23"d and 17"h. that comes out to roughly 3.9 cubes before bracing and displacement. i have a budget of 200$ per sub. so let me know what you reccommend
  12. damn you are one lucky bastard .i would say black. sleek like a stealth bomber. i cant wait to see vids of this though. should be beastly
  13. i attached the dmm to my power going into the amp, and then touched it to where i was grounding. i didn't check at my fuse holder yet. I'm gonna check that soon. all three of my anl fuses look fine. and i checked all the fuses on the amp yeah i do have the distro block let me check it out
  14. db link 0 gauge 2x knu concepts 4 gauge. no big three yet fultron memphis belle 6 channel 600 watt amp tried the floor near the frame rail, tried the fender and i tried on the lower c pillar. used a dmm and it was only reading .735 volts
  15. oh also my dad suggested adding another battery ground and then grounding through the body to the frame since i have two 3ft pieces of 0 gauge
  16. yesterday i tried grounding my amp on my jeep and i couldn't get a good ground. any advice. the vehicle is a 2000 jeep cherokee. my dad said the body might sit on rubber bushings could that be why i cant get a good ground?
  17. well i think its some 18 gauge i got off of the old computer power supply. looks like it'll work
  18. shouldnt be. you cant damage it from under powering it. not too sure how under powering affects the sound though.
  19. well i found an old computer power supply with enough wire for what i need. its orange but itll work. no its not a full run. my RCA's have a remote turn on built in. but my amp has two remote turn ons so that's why i needed another piece
  20. well i wanna be sure im not gonna burn up the 22. i know its not much power but i want to be 100% sure. and when i used 12 on other projects the remote turn on would stop working after a month or so
  21. whats the smallest gauge an amp remote turn on wire can be. all i have is some 22 and some 12 gauge laying around. and i know the 12 would be too big
  22. well its not in the book. and from what im seeing on google its a different formula from what i was given . time to try Britannica i guess i guess this is why biology 2 is considered an advanced course
