I think the person he got the sub of fixed the surround with another surround and it works just fine it is one of the hardest hitting 10 inch subs I have heard I think I did a nice job no dirt with get in there now. I put the locktite on the cone first then slapped the dust cap on and then put some more locktite on.

Just go h22 my friend is going to do the same thing in a hatch and with a basic motor rebuild you can get 190hp if you do it right then just bolt on mods done. He got the motor at the junk yard for cheap get it out of a lude and I don't think you will have to buy new mounts not sure though.

So my friend has this DD that needed a new dust cap so I told him I would check it out. So I did some research online looking for some epoxy. Found out you can use some locktite. Went to walmart and found some stuff I think will work. The new cap is off a alpine type r 12 I cut it and flipped it to make it work. what do you think?

Well I don't have a good camera I just have my phone I will do one in a min prob going to sound like crap.

So I sold the re needed money it was a great sub for being a 10. Got something to take its place a 12' kicker comp from back in the day picked it up for 20 bucks for two and also got a 12' sealed box 2.0 cubs first sealed box I have ever owned and wow dose it sound nice. Also picked up the other two rims I needed for my car.
