      Very easy.

      People actually make ripping people off with PayPal their full time job.

      PayPal would never admit how easy it is though.

      Yeah it's sad. I don't know what will happen with this, but he's supposed to send it back within 10 days and provide tracking for it. If not the case is closed and refund is withdrawn.

      sure, it may not be hard to be scammed... but it could easily be avoided as a seller.. Like, use your brain lol
