Ok, so I have four 15 inch Klipsch K-43 woofers. They were originally loaded in an MWM industrial dual chamber box. Heres the TSP K-43 spec TSPs Fs 36 Hz Re 3.4 Ohms Qts 0.314 Qms 5.314 Qes 0.333 Vas 198.474 L Sd 0.089 m^2 Xmax 0.29 in BL 15.94 I want to get rid of the HUGE ASS Box they are in and keep the woofers and build a custom sealed box for each one. These are being used in a large skating rink environment. (Around 12,000 SQ. FT.) I have no clue where to start. EDIT*** This box has been patented: http://community.klipsch.com/forums/storage/4/991546/MWM_patent.pdf PLZ HELP

I get that. I know how to build a box for ONE sub. But how do i calculate volume when im implementing multiple subs? i dont just add up their recommended ported volumes do i?
-
Well, I can build a box for it. What im saying is there are some aspects i need help with. Such as how do i know what volume the box should be if i ported two tens?
-
Thats my point. I dont WANT to build my own box. Thats why im looking around. I will, but i dont really want to.
-
I currently have two twelves in there, but they are facing upwards towards the 6x9s and dont get too loud. But the boxes that subthump makes DO fit in there. They install through the rear seat compartment. But im trying to get it to look as factory as possible, which is why i was going for subthump. I could try dual 10's.
-
Should i get the enclosure for the two twelves instead? im just not sure what to do. I think ive decided on the DC Level 2's anyways. So this is no longer a "versus" thread.

Im using the Subthump 15" 2010 Camaro sealed enclosure. http://subthump.com/Chevrolet-GMC-Sub-Boxes/Camaro-2010-Up/2010-Up-Camaro-Triple-10-Subwoofer-Box-clone.html What would be louder and clearer in that box? The DC Audio Level 2 15? http://www.dcsoundlab.com/woofers.html Or the FI Audio X Series 15? https://ssl.perfora.net/www.ficaraudio.com/sess/utn;jsessionid=154e96e8385180b/shopdata/0050_Speakers/0045_X/product_overview.shopscript ANY input is appreciated.

I know it may sound ridiculous, but how cool would it be if you walked into a room and saw a ten in a grandfather clock where the face should be? Im considering doing this since i no longer have use for it.Im taking suggestions, and if i DO build it, i gotz to seal the edges up and port it. So it all comes down to which sub i use. Dont want to bust the whole "enclosure" apart. Tell me what you guys think.
