the suspense is killin me here!

driving to Turlock,CA tomorrow to get the first wheel tested for fitment! Then after that it should be around 2 weeks for color, final assembly and then tires mounted! Ill have more pics tomorrow for sure! new shoes and socks here i come!

what was your first amplifier? Back about 25 years ago when i first got bit by the 12v bug, before i even had a car, my first amp was (dont laugh) a Pyramid iirc PBA 300watt amp ....on some Realistic 12's.. 300 watts if lightning struck the car and sent a surge into the wires LOL! i think my second was a "proton" amp.......and not long after that i realized that a company named Rockford Fosgate existed and it was a wrap......and here i am today lol! discuss

i know huh a few 30 second runs will take the life out of the system for sure. You can actually hear it lose its ass towards the end of the video. I was hanging on for dear life hoping not to smoke something. The subs were fine, barely warm but the amps got a little toasty....i forgot to turn on those fancy fans under the box. I think the system was starting to do its thermal "scaleback" thing because the amps got hot. Mainly the ones under the box since the fans werent on. anyway this was fun but i hear you cant even get in the car so that rules out doing a comp....not that i really planned to anyway. I HAVE to be in my ride, i know my system by sound and feel so its important for me to be in there.

all i did was read the rules, ask Bill what to do, and give it about 5 tries.....by the time i found my sweet spot, my system was stressed hard and i think on fresh everything i can hold the 135.5 ill try it again for sure. I dont know that ill do Meca though, im not down with getting out of my car. Im a stay in kinda guy. It is fun though.

most of the money is in the materials bro...that solid block of aluminum is pretty expensive all by itself. I say do it though, only one thing better then having wheels custom made and that is custom making your own! That'd be so sickk! nope they dont i sure hope so! i wanted them to be as open as possible so the brakes will show through real good and i think my plan is working

thought you thought bro? LOL! Im going to get as much dish as possible...thats the beauty of 3 piece. The inner dish and outer dish come in different sizes in 1/2" increments so the offset can be fine tuned. In other words i can get the front half of the dish wider to make the dish deeper. I dont know if i wanna go bigger then 10.5 though. It may even be 10" but still will get as much dish as i can. The front wont be as much as the back with those big ass brakes in the way but thats ok it will have some!

Here is a few pics of the progress on my wheels. AZA, the same company that made the hoopty wheels, are making these for my Lexus ISF. They will be 3 piece, 20", black dish with black split 7 spoke face with machined out spokes (Aluminum exposed) and a matching "ring" on the outside of the dish to offset the color. They will be offset so im thinking 10's or 10 1/2's in rear, 9's up front and of course Pirelli rubber. Here is a view i have never seen before on my own PERSONAL rims. Its my first time having some made custom, rather then finding some on a shelf at a rim shop. more pics as i get them!

i dont either......but there is some tracks that straight up GET IT. Lots of shit i never knew existed. I dont like all of it but there is a lot i do like, at least for demo's. Use those shits in some vids! I think you'll get away with it Would love to see what songs that i love on my set-up sound like on yours! so far i used "slow death in a hurse" and i think the other song i used is called "on deck"...

i dont think they understand....Antheny does, he is like "whatever!" like a typical 14yr old. I told KayKay that his new name is Uncle Kaleb and he says "no its not!"....but then i had to explain that isnt his "name" but his title instead. He is like oh, ok.....but he still dont get it. He is only 11. its amazing how quick they grow guys and time fly's so fast. I wish they could be little forever but they dont .

oh and my wife....34yr old GRAMMA - but couldnt be more proud. She is really excited about this and is loving every minute of it! She is a great woman for sure.

I didnt even go to my shop all weekend, just drove up the hill to see him a few times and came back home. They are about an hour away, close to Chickens house. Just got informed that my beautiful daughter Miranda delivered a healthy baby boy this morning! I dont know much the details are just now coming in!! I am officially a grampa now....damn!! here is some pics i EDITED IN so they are easy to find. he is so little (3 weeks early) but very healthy and so handsome!

i am not sure what is so funny about seeing people upset after being vandalized and having their stuff stolen. When someone takes your stuff its like having your heart ripped right out of your body. Ever happen to you?

true true..... but even though its his, he will still get another bucket to drive on the daily.....this thing isnt sitting in the school parking lot all day with a system worth that much in it. but if he wants to rip out the wall and do something different, that is totally up to him.
