Well in the area I'm movin to its pretty easy to get around with out a car. I haven't found a place yet but I checked to see how close the two jobs were to each other. Only about 3.5 miles between the two, and since I'm from that area it should only take me bout 10-15 minutes to get from one place or the other.

Don't really know, I'm probly gonna check on it monday when I'm off work.

actually I already have 2 jobs and will be transfering both to the new location.

Ok so right now I'm toying with the idea of moving back home to St.Louis, Kirkwood to be exact. Reason being I'm getting tired of living in the country, I'm used to living in a city. Second reason being, thats where my family is and everyone I grew up with is there. Sad thing tho, my dl in Mo is no good, its been suspended (its a long story) so I would have to sell my car, I'll keep the subs....I may find a use for them. I know I can transfer at least one of my jobs, hopefully both. I'll need both the jobs.

Ok so small update. I had moved the speakers from the rear to the front cause the ones I had in the doors I blew. The front I had a pair of cheap ass Pioneer 6.5's. The rear was a pair of T3 Audio 5x7, which I moved up front. I really didn't know if i could even do it since the opening was for a 6.5 speaker, well as it turns out I could remove the adapter plate and use the screw holes from it to mount the 5x7s. So now I'm looking to get another pair of 5x7s for the rear. I could run over to the next county and get them for $100, but then gas would cost me another 10-15 bucks. Also I don't have much extra time anymore. If I can get a better deal online I'd much rather do that.

s/c would be more trouble than its worth. I know but it sure would be awesome!! I agree adding a s/c would totally be awesome. But the amount of fabrication would be intense and I don't have the funds for that. A turbo on the other hand would be simpler but still not easy. Sucks tho cause turbos are freakin expensive just for the turbo with out the piping and stuff. Maybe I can take one off a car in the jy and just have some exhaust pipes bent. Most likely tho, I will just do nothing. Cept work on fixing what needs to be fixed while it can still be fixed

I went a head and put in some seafoam in my gas tank this morning. I did notice an instant gain in accleration, but won't know about my mileage till I fill up again.

Just for fun thought I'd price a few things cat. converter $285 O2 Sensor $45 x 2 If I gotta replace the cat, I'd much rather sell it and make payments on the Corrola. Don't get me wrong I still love Ford but the Corrola's 33-36 mpg on the highway is sounding damn good bout now.

I wasn't really complaining, I mean I put up with the shitty mileage for a while now. I was just lookin to see what my options were. I've ran that lucas fuel injector cleaner in my car a few times, had slick 50 in it before and even used that restore crap. Never really noticed a change after using any of that. I know its not the plugs or wires since I put them on back in August I think. Tho I have put 13k on it since July of '10. I know the transmissions in these things aren't worth a crap. I've seen most go at around 150k or under. I baby mine so hopefully it will last a while longer. Never heard that cars are ment to run on 91 octane and not 87...you sure ya don't work for a big oil company? JK man. I'll try the seafoam and re-clean the throtle body come tuesday when I get paid. The 02 sensors I'm doubting since I'm getting no codes. I know when I had my cougar it shot codes about the 02 sensors being bad. I don't wanna replace them unless I have too, that stuff ain't cheap.

it was a few weeks ago and that problem i fixed. all it was, was the tps. the plugs,wires coil and distrubutor are all fairly new. all installed less than a year ago

I have a 93 Taurus that seems to have a problem. When I first bought it the gas mileage was pretty good, getting around 27-28 mpg. Then winter hit and my mileage droped like a rock, down to 22 mpg on average. I slowed down on the highways doin bout 65 instead of 70 and it didn't help much. Now I don't have a huge system weighin me down, so I know thats not it. Also my acceleration recently has gone down hill. Not sure what the problem could be. I'm not getting any codes showin or anything, its just startin to suck like hell. I've thought bout trading it in on a newer Corrola cause of the milegage they get. But under the suggestion of my grandfather I'm going to try and see if I can't fix this car first. So any ideas?

Will I ever get this build going again? Every time I think I can do some thing, some thing else takes my money and I gotta put this on hold. Hopefuly with two jobs I can make it happen some how. On a side note it sucks I can't enter SOTM yet, my system is only 10% done, but the prize this month is pretty kick ass.

If the pays right I'll work for any place offering me a good chunk of change. I've always owned Ford cars for the past few years...did own a chevy at one time tho.

I recived an email from a local Chevrolet dealership about a possible job. It's a sale job not sure if its new or used cars but either way its way better than what I'm already doin and wont need to have two jobs to get by. I'm hoping that I do get this job even tho I'm more of a ford guy lol.

What is this world coming to when Cali has a tornado? Thought those don't happen out there.
