Well, I finally got time to get under the dash and look at the model number, and it's a Viper 350HV. I already found a manual online, but now I need to know how to either find out how it's set up in terms of valet mode and what the AUX goes to, or reprogram it.

im in the process of building the box for the 2 15s its a sub up port back tuned to 29hz it takes up just enough space to where i can have the third row or take it out, but the box for the 18s im still drawing up ideas Sounds good. I was gonna go with 4 12s. Not a big fan of massive subs. Also gonna try to keep it under the window line. So that wouldnt leave me with a huge real estate.

Any idea on plans for the box? When I ever get a chance to put any vast effort into my system, I planned on putting the box in the space where the third row would go.

Quick question while you have it out. How big is the hole in the arm rest for the tweeter? I cant find it online.

Well there's a portion of the issue. You're running a circular saw at 7pm. But I wouldnt have complained to HOA, I would have taken the issue up with you, if it even bothered me that badly. Sounds like your neighbors are the type of people that'll stay at a hotel if they ever have work done near their house.

Well yeah, renting storage space sounds good, but I would run into the issue of power, like you said. Other than a generator, but then the fumes. As for you getting a complaint for doing work on your own house, ask you HOA wtf you're supposed to do if you're just going to get another noise complaint.

Has anyone heard of this app? I heard about it in a free offer and downloaded it to my iPhone 4 and it is extremely legit. Turns your iPhone or iPad into a trackpad and keyboard. I dont know how much longer the free offer is, but I would suggest getting it just to have from time to time, especially if you share a computer and want to mes with people.

Still nothing from anybody? It would be nice to have one so I can troubleshoot some of it's quirks.

Well SBL has the bulbs, but I need to either find the twistlock bases (w/o using eBay) or figure out SBL's sizing with it's twistlock based bulbs.

I know this has probably been mentioned before but I've searched the forum and found nothing. I even looked through the first 5 pages of this subforum and did find it. Googled it and maybe I'm just wording it wrong, but I want to know how to get the gauge face off so I can change it. Also, I need to know what size bulbs it using in the back. I pulled them out and looked at the base to see the size and it says P38 on most, and P42 on a few, but none of the sites I've looked at have those sizes listed. Or any P sizes. Sorry if I sound like an idiot, but with having gotten a new vehicle, my knowledge of my own vehicle is in it's infant stages. Plan on buying a Chilton book tomorrow.

I recently bought a 1999 GMC Suburban and it came with an alarm but not the manual. I've looked on Google and can only find links to either replacement remotes or systems for sale. Does anyone have an experience with this particular alarm.

What is a general price to fix a power window that doesnt work? No clue if it's a wire out of place or burnt out motor, or anything in between.

Necessary sacrafice. We were finding ourselves needing the cargo room more and more before our last vehicle dumped, so we'll probably spend the same amount on gas but on few trips to move stuff around.

We heard back from the suburban and we're set to see and get it tomorrow morning. The pictures he sent us look amazing. Minor upholstery issues, but to us they seem reasonable for a vehicle from 99. Otherwise, it's amazing.

Well with the suburban, he says he's leaving at the end of the week, vehicle sold or not. Also, the address he posted is the Pepsi bottling plant in Austin, not a home address.

Well, havent heard back from either seller. We've tried calling the guy selling the suburban a few times today and it goes straight to voicemail everytime. I emailed him not too long ago, and I'll wait to hear from him, but what do you guys think we should do. We're considering just driving to the address he posted and seeing how things go from there.

I'd rather have to maintain a vehicle I'm proud to own than a vehicle I think is atrocious. It was kept maintained, granted, but I did everything to not have it come outta my pocket since I didnt want the thing in the first place, now this one, which ever we get, will be kept as emaculate as can be with a one year old child riding in it.
