  1. nahhh...this house didn't have one when i got it. Should be fine. I dont know if the rules are different where you stay at, but here, when we were looking into buying the house we have now, we didnt have any gfis either, but the inspector would not let the sale complete until every plug near a water source was gfi equipt, at the seller's expense.
  2. Just when browser-based MMORPG gaming was starting to show signs of hair growth after the chemo, the cancer comes back... Sorry, but I hated RuneScape.
  3. Or maybe red LEDs with the clipping being White. That's the main thing that turned me off about the VU-DIN. I really only need one.
  4. What the heck is a 2nd party cable? I've heard of 3rd party cables made by companies other than Apple, but never heard of 2nd party cables.
  5. Well, I'm headed to the midnight release of Borderlands 2 in a few hours. But we've got Assassin's Creed III, Black Ops II, and RE6 preordered on this end. Still need to pay them off and we'll probably preorder Dishonored, but not sure. Didnt have much interest in it until recently.
  6. Alexandria Bay is way upstate. We're technically in south Brooklyn, so yeah, that's WAY out of the question.
  7. In less than 12 hours, I'll be on my first flight ever. My fiancee and I are headed up to NYC for two weeks for her little sister's graduation, her mom's second wedding, and a long overdue vacation. We'll be staying with her grandmother in Sheepshead Bay. It's also my first time out of Texas, so that should be a decent culture shock for me. Anyone know of any shows going on that we might be able to hit up?
  8. I also noticed that the driver side lens is scratched, so im thinking of doing a complete restore on it.
  9. To me, something seems off. That wall is about 30 foot from the front of the truck and the picture is taken from as center as possible on the dash. The beam from the left headlight appears extremely diffused and is barely bright on the road. The beam out of the right headlight is quite bright in the middle (but still shining mostly in the shoulder/people's yards) and then it looks to be way off into right field as well. Is that how it's supposed to be? The lenses are freshly polish with Mother's Headlight Restoration Kit, and looking at them they look quite clear.
  10. Well, dont quote me or anything, but I was reading that there's a difference between simply bagging a truck and an actual big rig style air ride system. I need to look further in, but that's what a few places have said. Lemme see if I can find the site again. Edit: Air Ride That's the site for the "big rig style" ride smoothing system.
  11. Think these will help? I did some looking and they sound good. https://www.sulastic.com/Default.aspx
  12. First a guy in Florida, then a few other accounts pop up, and now this thread. I guess not even the internet is safe from a zombie apocalypse.
  13. Well it's not marketed as a HID. It's marketed as a Xenon. I'm considering going to projectors in the future, but I want to upgrade my bulbs because what I have now is barely bright and has an odd beam pattern.
  14. Honestly, I've never trusted eBay. And as for as I'm concerned, if it's for my vehicle, it better be either fresh in the package from the maker, or I'm the one to have taken it off the last vehicle so I can be sure to have anything and everything connected to it.
  15. Good Looks or Good Brains Either offer comes with a side of crazy.
  16. I hope this is in the right place, but I was wondering if there was either a plan to produce individual module (only one set of LEDs) that could be installed into a gauge pod or a way to modify an existing model into two individual modules.
  17. I thought it was odd that i could floor the brake with the truck off. I'll look into bleeding the ABS box. The brakes arent out right giving me trouble, they still work great, it just bothers me knowing theyre not completely up to snuff.
  18. Well, the brakes got changed. Took all day because of having to take several trips to OReillys to buy stuff that my grandfather saw the need to do. Brakes didnt even get done correctly... no anti-seize, no brake grease, the bearings are tightened further than they were to begin with it, the brakes dont even any better stopping power, and it sounds like the brakes are constantly in contact with the rotor (you can free spin the wheel and HEAR the brake pad grinding). I hate it when I ask someone to help with something I know how to do and they make the decisions as to what to do and not do. Flooring the brake doing 30MPH doesnt even lock up the brakes. I just kinda coasted to a stop...
  19. Well, i didnt get to pick up anything. I thought that oreillys was open until midnight but they closed at 10. I'll just them early in the morning.
