      Thanks guys. I know in my heart its the right choice, just hard to walk away from where I am at, I like all the people I work with and that work for me now, but I need to keep in mind the bigger picture. I want more from life and this place, even tho I hve made it what it is today, wont ever be able to give me what I want, so its off into the next chapter. And the new gig has slightly better hours and will allow me a bit more time to finally wall off this damn Lincoln.

      All I know is damn it feels good to be head hunted for a job. To have this place track me down, and ask me to join them... its a cool feeling, the HNIC ( head nuggah in charge) of this new place is taking me out to lunch on Friday to schoomze me some me and ask for my final decision..Woot.
