my grandfather and one of my great uncles built their houses but i guess you're not impressed because they needed a house for more important things.

I never said that, I'm always impressed when someone builds their own house, but not everybody can build a house, especially when they need somewhere to live, and raise a family.

Car Audio is a recreational thing, a House is not

nobody needs a house, you can rent a condo or apartment or live on the street like the homeless. people do need shelter from the weather but that shelter doesn't mean a house
