what if you were to wrap battery in a heat resistant material?
would that help from swelling?

give them .75 -1 cube a piece on the sealed side. use the rest as the ported side. make a lot of port and tune it to about 50-55
the worst that can happen is it fails miserably so give it a try. you will have to build the box in that trunk though.

theres proper AERO ports which are flared and then theres PVC pipe that we use as ports and call them aeros
heres box i did with 4 4" pcv ports and i had to glue and screw them to the outside the box there and then on inside thers a diamond inside where i drilled holes to keep the ports from moving around and then its screwed to the box to keep solid
this is an actual aero

depends on how long they are and how you secure them...
a lot of people tape there aeros to allow change in tuning where as some glue and make aeros one solid unit making it stronger
it is nice to some how attach the aero to the box keep it from slapping around in there

what i'm trying to say is i remember back in the day when you would see your trunk giving er shit then you thought you had loud system...
and thats how it was for longest time until you get more know how and realize that just means your trunk lid aint deadened properly

not really random.. he wanted a price range.
then he gave us a budget.
hes quite new at this, so narrowing his search down is a nice thing to do.. naming amps, giving price ranges of good equipment helps greatly i can assure you.
he's quite new and everyone is suggesting him to get 4000 watts which is no easy feat. one small strand of wire in the wrong spot and POOF there goes thousands of dollars. i can easily see him fucking up an install like that, if you want me to be honest
