  1. Mine is always slow. its fustrating as fuck!! but i think it might actually be something with my wireless card in my desktop. Cause it keeps dropping signal every 5secs
  2. I have the online people at the bottom, and stuff on the right hand side when im on the home page. but when im in a thread there isnt any on the right I cant remember if there is meant to be or not though hah But the site has been running slow as shit for me laitly. It got so bad I re installed windows thinking it was a bug my PC got but nope its still slow. (I can watch youtube 1080p with out buffering)
  3. Im currently getting the same thing, it allows me to change the theme, but then once I go onto the full version on my phone it changes it to the carbon red/grey no matter what I set it to
  4. Happy birthday man! Paid for my gold membership tonight to celebrate! Have a good one
  5. Do you know where you car peaks at? this would be a good place to start. And you wont get very far with a prefab box. What ive heard is a good thing to do is make a sealed box and test a shit load. find out what works best for your car and the subs. there is no point asking a question with no info in it.
  6. I think 1 mixed, followed by a double shot, then another mixed etc should be a good ratio for the night oh ive also borrowd a mates 360 so if you see some guy on cod falling over, thats me!
  7. This shit is good, im 8 beers down already so about to open this I hate working weekends, it means i have to make up for my drinking on monday nights haha
  8. have you tried using the bat terminal on your front battery? I know it should all be the same, but give it a go
  9. i know it does, i mentioned that in my 3rd post. Sweet, ill be getting it as soon as i can afford it!
  10. like the GT640? its the only one i would be able to afford. The 7870 is just over what i would like to spend, but for a single card, i can make it work
  11. my mistake, its alot more then what ive already put into this! haha. that this is crazy!
  12. the 690?? fuck i wish i could afford one of them!! but that one card is nearly same as what ive already put into this alone haha
  13. sweet because i upgraded that when i got the 560 which wasnt too long ago
  14. The Flex Edition is actually a better option here. Totally forgot Sapphire had that option for a little bit more. It'll come out to $493 for the card but won't require any adapters for your third monitor (assuming your monitors can all use DVI/HDMI). It'll save you about $20 and you won't have to worry about expensive adapters possibly breaking. Good catch on that one! do you think ill get away with my current power supply? http://www.digitalversus.com/lcd-monitor/lg-flatron-e2351-p11664/test.html they are the monitors ive got. I currently have 2 and will get a third once the funds build up again after buying the card
  15. thanks man, excatly the info i was needing. would it be worth me spending a touch more and getting the flex edition? http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?z=p&p=VGASAP7876&name=Sapphire-FLEX-HD7870-GHZ-EDITION-2G-GDDR5-PCI-E-Vi sorry there arent any specs on there but ya know. and getting parts down here is a bitch! no matter if its audio of PC or anything related haha its all really expensive and we only get half the stuff available
  16. argh im going round and round in circles with this, ill post all the componets i currently have and then if anyone can tell me what i can upgrade that would be appreciated. I want to run 3 monitors in SLI. all three screens have a max res of 1920 x 1080 processor: AMD FX-4170 Quad-Core 4.2GHz 12MB Cache Socket AM3+ 125W motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 AMD 970 SB950 ATX Socket AM3+ DDR3-2000 USB3.0 SATA3 RAID Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) High Performance Desktop Memory 240-Pin Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL HDD 1: OCZ Agility3 120G SATA3 2.5" Solid State HDD (SSD) , 3 Years Warranty (Max Write up to 500MB/s ) , SandForce 2281 Controller HDD 2: Seagate 1TB Barracuda 7200.12 SATA3 HDD 64M CACHE 7200RPM NCQ GPU: Leadtek WinFast GTX 560 TI Hurricane 1GB GDDR5 graphic card , Dual Fan, Dual DVI+ Mini HDMI , 256Bit , 822Mhz/4000MHz WIFI: Asus PCE-N15 300Mbps Wirless PCI-Express 802.11 b/g/n WIN7 downlink 300Mbps Uplink 300Mbps(20/40MHz) 64/128-bit WEP/WPA2-PSK/WPA-PSK/WPS EZWPS PSU: AcBel CE2 500W ( Max 550W ) 12cm fan PFC 6 SATA 2 4pin, 4x (6+2) Pin slots 24pin power OEM, no Power cord
  17. Im doing some reading, and i dont think my motherboard would take 2 cards, as it only has one PCI x16 slot. Should i get a larger single card, or another motherboard. larger expansion might be in the near future, so a larger motherboard wouldnt be a bad thing would it? http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?z=p&p=MBDGBM7903&name=Gigabyte-GA-X79-UD3-Intel-X79-Chipset-Socket-2011- I currently have an AMD FX-4170 processor
  18. http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?z=p&p=MBDGBM3032&name=Gigabyte-GA-970A-D3-AMD-970-SB950-ATX-Socket-AM3+- that is the motherboard i currently have, not looking to upgrade that if i dont have to. but if it would help me run two cards then i could be convinced to do so
  19. I currently have one Leadtek WinFast GTX560 Ti GDDR5. Im looking for a solid card that can run 3 monitors, gaming on high at the lowest. I pay FPS. not Diablo 3 or anything. I could get another 560Ti for 343.85, my current once can play anything on very high. Would two of these be enough? or should i go for a single card and sell my current 560? give me some ideas (prices are NZD)
  20. The active mackies take a pounding aswel! and get dam loud! qsc and jbl are very music (concerts) bins IMO, the likes of the RCF's and mackies seem to me if they are more targeted to DJ set ups. The EV stuff is amazing gear and id place it right in the middle, good bang for you buck for sure
  21. That's some good stuff listed there and a great place to start. Have a look through and see what you think would work for what he needs. And again this is personal preference I would use a horn over a tweeter anyday. But read up as much as you can on every item and make sure they will all work well together regarding crossover points etc. is he wanting the mid/highs to be bi amped? Another thing you can look into
