  3. i dont think they'll fit a blazer and shipping would be expensive i would ship them at buyers cost but its prolly not gonna be cheap at all they are in pretty good shape only a couple scratches do to a female driver i should have cleaned them before i took the pics but if somone buys them they will be clean before somone pics them up the center caps can be ordered and bought at any les shwab tire center
  4. sanding the peice and rattle canning it black to cheap for ya? i did it with my gti in red and it looked bomb otherwise i dont knwo if u want to send the parts out i know a few places in my area that do powder coating pretty cheap to as far as i know
  5. magnets dont efect plasma screens bro just so u know i had to put a magnet up to my computer moniter to make sure but ya they dont do anything to those high dollar expensive ass over kill tvs lol no offense
  6. my dad said it is fedral law they have to fix it under warrenty go in tell them the car wont read on the emissions they have to fix it 10yrs/100000 miles no matter who owns the car if they wont stand behind it call the EPA they will make ford stand behind the warrenty
  7. how many miles are on the car almost always on cars that new they have 100000 miles warrenty and if it hasnt been messed with ford has to fix it for free or try unplugging the battery reset the puter
  8. if u turn the car on the check engine light always lights up and unless somthing else is wrong with the car it turns off when u start it not positive but i think it lights up during start up cuz of oil pressure reach under the dash detatch the obd2 plug and try to look at the back to make sure the wires havent gotten pushed out make sure they dont pull out of the back of the plug or somthing
  9. as far as i know the van would pass ca emissions if a 350 was offered in the van from the factory
  10. usualy when ur brakes are smoking aside from obviously being hot it boils the brake fluid and it will make the pedal soft and it will go all the way to floor but when it cools down u will have a pedal again and yes ur rotor is most likly warped u could turn the rotors and that might take care of the shaking but im pretty sure they will most likly sqeak from the heating and cooling i would replace it all and when u pick up new rotor make sure ther not warped ryt out of the box i have 89 silverado and the hole brake system on it is farly cheap
  11. im lookin to do both keep it running but when it breaks upgrade it thats why thers a shift kit goin in it ryt now plus the tranny cooler its a 94 cougar r ther any cars that i might want to look at in the junk yards for a 4.10 gear set im not sure if they r still available in newer cars but i know they were used alot in older cars but i dont knwo which ones which cars were they most commonly used? mass air flow meters? were they both the same in the cougars and thunder birds ? mabe throttle bodys were they larger smaller or same size in the birds? i dont know im kinda lookin at junk yard hop ups lol im kickin the shit out of my wallet doing this tranny i knwo my way around a car but i dont know the differences between the birds and the cougars other then the obvious
  12. well the cougar i just got is going under the knife for a minute. started out with a sensor problem, then started slippin. so im gettin the tranny rebuilt with a shift kit and cooler for 900 bucks does anyone have any other sugestions that should be done with the car while the tranny is down?
  13. once i get back to cali i wont realy be to worried about mileage but i dont want to mess around with a carb and intake and all that crap either i dont want to dig that far into the car i just want that damn governor gone for now i was hoping i could cut a wire and be done with it but it doesnt look liek anyone will/can help me with that i was told awhile ago that u can easily disconnect the governor on an eclipse or talon and i was hoping it was as easy with the cougar
  14. good idea not the 1st person to tell me that either but im not planning on spending that much money on makin it faster in 1 shot intake and exhaust and mabe a programmer gonna hunt down a 373 gear set for the ass head put some better tires under it and let it rip down the 1/4 mile shootin for a pinks episode so il most likly be puttin more into it then that but i wanna try to keep the fuel injection

  17. just got rid of my dsm for this cougar my only problem with the car is at 112 mph the car shuts off anyone have any ideas or know how or what to cut to make this car go faster then that?
