That is a nice sub. It is actually reconed with a RE recone kit. I spilled a drop of glue on the cap and smudged it getting it off. Good luck on the sale. Brian

Selling a white 80 gig ipod video. Light scratches on the back from sliding in and out of the hard plastic case. the part number is MA448LL/A, so I think that makes it a 5th generation ipod video. Comes in the original box with everything except the sync cable. You can get those a BB, walmart, etc. for pretty cheap. The ipod has 4486 songs on it. Most of them recent top 100 type hits/albums. It has two movies: borat and rocky balboa It has several games on it. (pictures confirm the ipod's content) I will also include software that will allow you to extract the songs/movies/games off the ipod to your hard drive (99% of them are mp3 @ 192 bitrate) and allow you to sync it with your computer without changing the content on the ipod. I had to buy this software (only $10) when my hard drive crashed in my old computer. It works awesome for setting up the ipod on a new/different computer. I am selling my four Fi BTL 15's. Specs: Dual 2 ohm 5 Spider Third Slug and Long Coil (27mm Xmax) New Spiral Cut Cooling These subs are rated at 2000 watts RMS, but I am running an IA 40.1 on each sub and have NEVER smelled the burning voice coil smell that was very familiar with the MT's. They are like new. They are used, but not abused. I have had them for about 8 weeks and will be selling these to buy Ascendant Audio subs. Asking price is $385 each shipped to the lower 48 states. These are Dual 2 ohm coils (1.4 DCR). One was reconed about two weeks ago. All are in GREAT condition. . .running them in the truck today on (2) IA 40.1's. $375 each shipped to the 48 states. All others destinations are $340 + actual shipping charges. Brian

If I would have cut the dust cap off first, I might could have figured out something. . . .But too late. . . .I cut the cone out. Oh well, another lesson learned. US Amps was already having a couple of recones sent to me in exchange for something else, but it would have been nice to save them for the next competition. I was told recones may be here today, so I should be back in business this weekend! Brian

Turns out I did not kill a coil. Something got in the basket air vent and deformed the top of the coil, so it was scraping. I actually thought the cone had separated from the coil by the way it sounded and felt, but it was all still togther. I have a set of blown MTX thunder 8000's at home that I may pull apart and take the grille material that MTX used to cover those vents and put it on my MT's. Don't need to kill a sub for no good reason. the good news - I have been beating on these two MT 18's for three weeks with ( MD3D's, and the coil I just took out looks brand new. brian
