there is no bracket for the dual alt install in mine either kyle...it's always a custom install when it comes to toyotas with such a small engine as mine...i bet you'll find a way to fit 2 in there

elite would be nice...i'd love to have one elite too,or even 2...the more the better

bro i think that kyle means there is an rpm limitation to the category he is planning on competing that doesn't allow higher rpm when playing.that means that if he can get an alt that has output even from 500 rpm(his idle) and can get the most out of it at 1200rpm it would be the best for him

hey there kyle!since you have such a low rpm limitation i'd advice you to go to the lower idle alt since you'll need the most you can get out of it in those rpms.and also if you can get an underdrive pulley upgrade(if there isn't one already on them...)do spend those extra bucks on that so that you can squeeze a little bit more amperes out of it

guys relax please...i am a competitor for many years here in greece i've seen a lot of things happening but vever have i seen such a huge increase in any car by just tuning gains on an amp...and just to make things straightso that i don't get flamed by one side or another,i tunned my amp by ear...i had no o-scope at the time but i'd love to have one or a dd-1 HV for setting my gains...i don't know if i'd get an even bigger dbdrag score than what i do right now or if i'd be a little lower but i don't think that i'd fall from 157 dbs to 150.5dbs because of a dd-1...that's my opinion...i'd also love to do a test with both an o scope and dd-1 but both on my car and with the term lab on and see what the results would be

good to hear that they perform even better than what you expected!i really like sound systems that reproduce (almost)all kinds of music the right way no matter how high their dv level is.so enjoy them(after break in period...)the more you can!

lol!been there also steve...when i go to events i always get away from my car and wonder around...you can't even think of the $h!t i hear people say about me and my car-and we're talking about people i never seen in my life!-and all of them always say they know me in person,and some even claim that they personally are responsible for what my car is capable of-like if they build it for me?!that is when i get to drop in the conversation and ask things like i'm on their side and when they get the croud around them growing is when i humiliate them by just saying the magic words:since you know who the owner of the car is and since you know so much about his build (THEY build it remember?)and that he is such a jerk and stuff,then how come you're speaking to him right now and talk about him without even knowing it is me you're talking about?who's the jerk now be-a-ch???and i just walk away...the thing with internet is that EVERYONE can be the man behind the keyboard and you can't confront them like in real life you can only defend yourself the best you can with words...and don't forget:haters gonna hate...
