  1. Hey everyone! I finally made up my mind on everything i want to run in my truck. I have a 2001 chev s10 as stated in the title. I got it from a 74 year old guy COMPLETELY stock, with only 114,000 kms, in awesome condition.. UNTIL about a week ago when a kid from school tboned me in the school parking lot. But luckily, its NOT written off. So i midaswell start building the box until it gets fixed. It was hit on the drivers side. And the cap is only on to add weight for winter, its ugly, i know. I have already put a JVC KD-A925BT in it, along with some crunch speakers. (not sure the model.) They sound great, but they slack bass. Thats when the SA-12 comes in Ill be running a D2 SA-12 in a ~1.95 cubes box, made by me n my friend Ninos. (ninos306) When I get a bit more cash im going to order an AQ 1200D. Stay tuned!! And if you got tips, im glad to hear 'em!
  2. try andysautosport.com/wheels. It does make the car look kindof cartoony, but it gives you a general idea on what it would look like.
  3. ive taken into consideration a 15"woofer too. and no you obviously no more about me, im not saying you dont? but i hear 15s dont hit the lows, and for the space i have id rather run 2 12"S than 1 15. and yes i have given a price for an amp, im thinking about running a crunch 2000.
  4. being nice? telling me to go get a job? i said im looking around the 150$ each for a woofer and you say get a job. okay? thats my budget atm? im not gunna spend 5 grand on my first system, chill. and yeah i have 10 posts, i have a life.
  5. 150$ each. and im getting mixed responses.. :/ and im in canada, so the hdc3s would be about another 100 to ship most likely.
  6. Hey guys. Im looking at 2 12's. Im looking at the Alpine Type-Rs because the price is good and they hit hard too. Just wondering if there are any other subs around the 150$ range and about the same power handling range aswell that would be better than the type r's. thanks in advance, cody
  7. Thanks for the input guys, im going with the 10's. A 15 would be hard to get in the trunk, and with the AQ setup i dont have to mix n match, they make an amp perfect for the subs. One other question, would you guys reccomend me facing them towards the cab, and seal off, or facing back towards the trunk? what will hit harder?
