I just recently bought a re cone kit for a RE SE 15" old style with the 12 spoke basket. I upgraded to dual spiders, aluminum coil, internal leads etc. Fully loaded with every option they had. The original RE SE cone had a thin saggy, weak single spider, regular leads,and a copper coil. What is my new cone equivelant to in the Fi line? Anything? What is your guess for RMS and max power rating on the new cone? The original handleed about 1000-1200 max. I am hoping this cone with the upgrades will handle closer to 800 rms or so... what do you think?

I just picked up a SoundStream Lil Wonder II 4.480 amp for $25 locally brand new in the box. The owner said he bought it originally for his son around 2004-2005, but it was never installed. Sat in the box. I tested it and it worked perfect. Does anyone have any experience with any of the lil wonder amps? I heard they are similar to the rubicon series, and that some "rubicon" amps of the same era had the same part numbers as the lil wonders boards. I also read somewhere that the lil wonder was the same as the Rubicon series of the same era, but was marketed internationally. It came with the manual etc. I plan to use it with my Rockford 6x9's and 6.5" rockford components

I am working on finishing up a 05 Impala with a aftermarket HU. No onstar, no premium sound etc. I was told you had to have this $100 harness that preserves the chime ability etc. But I was able to just run a 12v switch from the accessory line of the fuse box, and I dont have the "chime box" hooked up. The customer did not want it anyway. Are there any long term effects I should be aware of? I avoided having to charge him for a $100 harness, but I don't want to compromise his HU. Thanks in advance

When I searched this I kept on getting a power acoustik model. Am I doing something wrong? I was kind of interested in seeing if soundstream had a dual din deck. **nevermind I found it** decent looking deck!

I ran a pyramid pro 900 watt amp and (2) rockford 12's. This had to have at least 15 years ago

Ive ran a 24001 for atleast 18 months solid. Does rated power, but will need amperage available.
