  1. Hey man, ya I definately want the 2607. I have heard a lot of great things about this amplifier. I live in Orlando Florida. Zip code is 32819. I like the Crunch 3000.1 for the price but I know I would be much HAPPIER with a Brutus 2606d since they put out over 2000 watts at 1 ohm. If you can hook me up that would be awesome...hit me back up man...thanks.
  2. It does run at two ohms...this amp isn't built for one ohm. I think you are getting confused with the 3000.1. That just means its a mono amplifier
  3. Anyone have one they are selling? I will take $300 depending how used or new it is.
  4. bump for a badass truck!
  5. hmmm, that might be it, the clutch that is.
  6. I drive a 2003 Jeep Liberty and about two months ago I all of a sudden I starting hearing strange noises and I smell a burning smell and my battery light turns on. I pull over and my engine is smoking like a cegar. I was on the highway at 2:00 A.M. when this happened too with my roommates lol. Anyways, I get towed and eventually when it got fixed, they say the radiator pump or whatever blew some seals ultimately it being the reason why it spewed everywhere. I got a new belt too for my car. Well tonight when I was driving all of a sudden if feels like my Jeep is driving on a bumpy road. I get to the parking garage where I park and put on my emergency lights and check out my tires...it felt like I had a flat tire. Everything looked good. I got back in the Jeep and it still drove like I was on a bumpy road or one side was uneven. I get to the third floor and I noticed everytime I put my Jeep in drive it sounded like something in the engine was dropping or rubbing. Well I reversed it in my parking spot where no one was around and all of a sudden my engine is smoking again. I get out of the car as soon as possible fearing something was catching on fire. I looked under the car and tons of radiator fluid was pouring out just like last time...the fluid was orange. It was the same exact smell and everything. Apparently what was "fixed" was never fixed because the same thing happened. Does anyone have a clue what the hell is going on?
  7. Well one way or another he is going to have to re-run wire because he is taking out the old 4 gauge he has and replacing it with better wire...if you are going to replace it with better wire just spend the extra money and buy 0/1 gauge wire and call it done. Running 0/1 is better for the electrical anyways.
  8. If he is going with 4 gauge, why would he need reducers? I just would avoid 4 gauge...so what if it is a bit more hassle? There is just going to be a lot more resistence with 4 gauge compared to 0 gauge. If you're going to pay for better 4 gauge wiring anways, why not just spend the extra 20-30 bucks on knukonceptz for 0 gauge...lol.
  9. I wouldn't fuck with 4 gauge if I am dealing with anything over 1500 watts...jmo though.
  10. We know you are excited but the only way to know how much you are going to gain is if you get metered now with the 70 amp alt. and metered after when you get your 170 amp alt and took the difference. There is a lot of factors in dB ratings so its really hard to say exacthly "what you would gain."
  11. How far can people hear you coming?
  12. I am not using any bass boost right now. When I get my new amp, new alt, new battery and when I do the big three I will use a little bit to see if it is alright.
  13. Was that bass boost you were using?
  14. You're right...there are various factors that play into clipping but the idea here is just to generally show what bass boost CAN do. It doesn't mean if you have your setup up right using some bass boost will cause clipping. bassjunkie, I had no idea this was a repost but you're right, it is very good information. Hopefully others that are unaware see this.
  15. Yeah but when you turn your volume up even to 80 percent I would still say you are going to clip your subs with 50 percent bass boost. I don't use mine at all.

  17. Thanks man for the link. I am going to look into them as well.
  18. EXACTLY...I am not going to fuck with something that takes forever. You don't do business that way. I don't care if it is worth the wait. I would rather go over to anothe company that makes their alternators practically just as good but with better customer service. World of difference. I am going to look into EA.
  19. Aww fuck that. I was just looking in the Iraggi thread and all I saw was complaints about how it is taking forever to get their alternator...no customer service etc. Any other brands out there that will actually ship on time?
  20. Yeah I did but they are for large sized trucks. I have a Jeep Liberty lol.
  21. Anyone else out there that got opinions on this?
