    This should haelp, not just for subwoofers but for all speakers. Ohm Load explained It is right on the spec sheet I understand wiring speakers directly to the amp, but when i wire speakers into the crossovers, and then the crossover into the amp, is it 2 or 4? thats where i get confused

    I've asked this question before and never got a clear enough answer. If i wire my rockford T1652 components normal, positive and negative, what would the ohm load be, 2 or 4?

    if i were to get an xs power battery, would i need to replace my alternator to keep it at maximum charge (stock alternator on a 2000 toyota solara)

    ok thats what i wanted to wanted to know, i just wasnt sure if it affected the output of my amp, definitely gonna do the big 3 and get a new battery now

    Yea thats obvious, but what are the consequences of a voltage drop

    Noob question, but I don't know what a voltage drop is, can someone explain to me what happens when a voltage drop occurs, this would help me decide on how far to upgrade my charging system.

    This is what I like to hear, finally somethin valuable that is in my budget. Theres probably not going to be very many rattles anyway with 1 SA-8.

    orion, have you ever used second skin? or is this your first time sound dampening?

    well i know that damplifier just sticks on and you roll the air bubbles out, does this work the same way?

    I've done some research over AudioTechnix sound dampening and i think it would be a good investment since i can't afford second skin and probably never will. Am I making a good decision (since i'm not getting second skin)? Do you apply it the same way as damplifier?

    Sundown Night Shade 15. This thing bangs, its 1500 rms, but it can take ALOT more and will sound alot better than 2 type r 15's.

    Well I have been wondering the same thing. What kind of differences are there, I've never switched wires or done the big 3. What kind of differences would voltages make. To most people this is a major noob question.

    I think the stock exhaust looks sick to be honest, don't know if I would change it. Definitely drop it.
