    Was quoted $40 by a shop to tune my mids and highs with a rta. Is it worth it?

      Ask to hear a car they have tuned. If you like what you hear, do it. Not all shops can tune, even with the right tools. My buddy had a shop "tune" his ride and it sounded like absolute shit. I'm assuming you have a DSP?

      I have a few PS shops up here in the bay, first system was from them. Cheap shop that conned me. Are they a reputable shop?
