I hate taking my headunit back out but ill try that. Hopefully thats the problem

Hahaha I actually did try that at first. I feel like something it loose but I've already checked all wires

Hey guys so today I was driving and swerved quickly to avoid hitting another car. Shortly after that my speakers have been going out. My speaker amp stays on and doesn't go to protect. My subs still hit but no noise coming from the speakers. Sometimes the music will come back on for a while and then go off again, or ill hear a popping noise. I've checked my wires and nothing came loose. While listening to my stereo again right now, my speakers work fine with the volume under 15. Once I turn it up more, the music on my speakers go out and will make a popping noise every other second. Any idea what could be wrong??

No shit? I used to (kinda) live in woodcrest. Infact, about 10 years ago, I worked at what used to be burger king and grease monkey on van buren. I think they are EZ lube and Gus Jr's now. Oh dang thats crazy! Ya I'm like 3 exits from there. Small world lol Haha thats cool. Do you have a build log here? Maybe we can meet up and swap demos sometime. No I lost all my picks but ill be posting pics in the future. And ya man that seems fun. Lol same here. Went from my setup to skyhighcaraudios truck. It's a great experience and makes you want to upgrade Lol! After that, it's 160.2 or nothing! Lol right. I was gonna hit you up the other day man

Yea I need to pm him to see when he is planing another trip down this way. He said he comes down every now and then. Plus I was thinking of ordering some stuff from him too lol. They sound good just curious thou, you think they'll have enough power running from my headunit that gives out 22 watts rms compared to the 110 that the tweeters can take?

Ok ya they do have to be an exact fit unless I put them in the a pillar. Thanks ill look into those

Hey guys I'm looking for some 1" tweeters more for sql for around $100. Need them to replace my stock tweeters that no longer work. Was looking at Focal. The infinity kappas are too big otherwise id get those. Any recomendations? They will be ran off my headunit. 22watts rms x 4. Might be getting 2 pairs and put them in the A-pillar
