    Its about 1/2 and 1/2 (screws and nails) and i predrilled the screws

    Well i didnt use very many nails at all i didnt think i would need them. So i put more nails some gorilla wood glue i had from somthing else and i put silicone over top that. O and i put some screws i the corners. I braced the box from the front panel to the back panel with 1 by 1 mdf hopefully this does th trick if not then. Another box is on the way. I will post tomorrow whenever everything is dry and put in

    That was the title i havnt tried anything yet i only built it 2 days ago a new box.. I doubt it im gonna try some stuff before i make another

    They were wire nails they wernt big but they wernt tiny. I didnt know what kind to use this was my first box. Any ideas w/o taking it apart

    It was liquid nails panel and foam this was the only stuff that said for mdf

    Well i just made my new box the other day its for two HDC3 12s its tuned to 33 hz. Ok all my sides are flush on the box that is not my problem. The problem is that my seals on my box are breaking and im starting to get that wood slappin sound. I put 1 1/2" nails around it when i was glueing everthing together. What can i do to seal it back and stop this noise without taking my new box apart. Oo BTW AQ designed the box so nothing is wrong with the design the glue just didnt hold

    Yea if those are the only brands you want then it prob wont be real loud. You could stray to others brands and get loud and sound good too. Im not dissin either brand theyre just expensive

    I think that amp is fine prob perfect power for those subs

    Theres alot of great brands out there. But enclosure is key its has alott to do with your sound. I run AQs two hdc3 12s and they sound great to me

    4 cadence 150rms if your not upgrading or getting another amp i would just power everything right instead of underpowering
