Deffinatly worth it. And in the future you could wire it at a lower impedance and get more power if you wanted

O and let me add they wernt clipping and my amp wasnt even at a 1/4 gain @ 1000rms and both the subs blew within a few seconds i had my HU at 20 out Of 50 those subs are jokes dont waste your time or money bro

I bought a pair of those boss from meijer just so i can return them when my hdc3s got to my crib. Those boss blew on like 400 watts i played them for a total of 1/2 minute and took them right back they suck no lie

Why would the amp cut off? Maybe low voltage or wiring too low. But no amp should just cut off. There are alot of amps out there theres no right amp just get what you like

Yes 250 for 4awg is rediculous even for 0awg thats a little extreme. Hes prob just an ass and doesnt want to admit hes wrong. And y would he give you 2awg if you only payed for 4awg that sounds fishy i deff wouldnt even talk to that dude again. Alright, this is what you can do. Get a foot or two of some 0awg just to go from the negative post on the batt to the chasis of your car and sand the chasis to bare metal. This will help the voltage.(do not mess with stock wiring leave it connected(you can undo it just to work on the other negative do not take it completely out the picture put it back when ur finished). And if you set your gains to 3/4 the way up you sould be fine. Btw big 3 may not be necessary but it will keep your volts more stable if you want to go ahead and do it.

I would get the hdc3s all day long theyre compared to the dd 9500 series google them. Daily? Yes mine take around 1400rms a piece daily yesterday i rode for about 8-9 hours at full tilt
