I live in a small town an have never heard a "real" system in person. I am ordering an 18" FI BTL N2, which will be run by an AQ3500. It will be in a 7 ft3 box tuned to 32 hertz. The big question for me is will this be loud, and how loud?? Remember, I have never EVER heard a real system before in person.

I have an Fully loaded 18" FI BTL N2 runnin on an AQ 3400 at 1 ohm. Forevrbumpn, can youecplain to me the horn idea, and the false floor is the fals floor when it looks like sub is just coming out of the floor, when you really just raised it? because iw as thinking about doing that. If you could explain to me the idea of "Maybe do something sick like from the cone, to the fold down area do a horn? lol That would be sick if you can imagine it " maybe i could give it a shot, im just not fully understaning the horn part and the fold down area.

i have an L-port in my plans i drew up its 7.1 cubic feet tuned to 32 hertz, i think it should get down pretty good. Ive actually never had a REAL system, so i actually don't know what loud is but i think it should be good.

What do you think would be better the higher tuning in a t-line or just the port? pluas would a ported box tuned to 30 hz blow hair?

if the tuning is to high, i will just go prted since i already have my plans drawn out.

YA HAHA IT PRETTY MUCH IS PERMINENT, but trust me the measurements do fit haha i swear im not BS'n you or nuthing. the trunk is actually 40 wide, 42 deep, and about 20 tall, but i wouldnt be able to push the box in then haha. 94 retta, i get you now haha i though you were talking about the box. If you could design a T-line with those specs would you?? the box right there is 7.1 cubic feet, i know T-lines takeup alot of space but do you think its possible ?

Its going in a 97 dodge Intepid, and yes it does fit. I think i can read a measuring tape right.

I actually could go 19" i just wanted to leave a little room for the excursion, but i could do 19" if that helps.

RD doesnt look to bad but i would stay with AQ for they a re a good line of quality amplifers, and they are at a good budget also.

could someone design a T-line enclosure for my 18" FI BTL? I cant for sure figure out how to exactly make one, so if someone could give me the specs i could be more than happy. My max measurements are 33" wide, 39" deep, and 17" tall

I believe you should stay with the copper wiring, it conducts more electricity.
