  1. Ok yea I know what your talking about now. My setup right now is 1 15" sub up, port firing back on the driver side. How does the air flow in the truck vary between ports?
  2. That's a plus. I've heard that middle ports cause the subs to fight each other to get air out of the port. Lol there's so many factors.
  3. Alright I have a 1999 Chevy Tahoe and I'm designing my box for my 2 18's. Having a little difficulty deciding on which design to go with. They both have the same tunning and volume. Its port placement im having trouble with. Ive heard and read up on different opinions but I wanted to be sure. Thanks in advance! Design #1- Bottom Port Design #2- Middle Port

  5. So get the 55w for my lows and highs? And I plan on getting my from DMMTuning. Yea mine are the 9005/9006
  6. I think I am going to run with these. http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DDM-HID-Kit-Slim-Ballast-35W-or-55W Lows- 35w 6k Hi's- 55w 8k Kind of like this Hoe
  7. Ok, I have a 99 Chevy Tahoe and I want to switch my headlights over to HID's. I've been looking at DMMTuning but I'm not sure which kit I should get. I was thinking along the lines of a 55w 6k or 7k. And they're low/high kit says it only comes with 2 bulbs so would i have to get 2 sets because my truck has a separate bulb for lows and highs. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated!!
  8. What impedance do you have that sitting at? I've been trying to find out which DC 15 could handle my AQ2200 at .5ohm!!

  15. Is it hard as hell for anybody else to save up for parts of their system?!?!? Shit is killing mi! Lol just needed to vent to some fellow bass heads because everybody in my family thinks im crazy for having a passion for bass n the amount of money I try to spend!!!
  16. Wow brah thanks for that! I had my whole electrical charging at 16.8v for about a week n a half and had to let my Hoe sit in the shop for about 2 weeks gettin it fixed! I had no idea it was because of how high my voltage was! So my entire system is stripped out right now. So would u reccomend holding off on my xs 14v batts untill I can get a seperate alt specifically for my bass amp?
  17. Yea i do have a vcm and 2 d1400's. Thanks 4 the help brah!!
  18. My post asks about a 14v "set up" not a 12v set up. My system charges between 16.5v and 16.8v . And on there site it says working voltage 8.5v-16v. I was simply trying to see if anybody has a stable 14v set up! Thanks Tho and it says on 16volts you will get 2,500 watts its on there website Yea i saw that. So that means its stable between 16v-16.9v? I want to know if its safe to run my amp beyond 16v?
