so you have a new amb and a new h.u. that YOU ARE SURE are working, ok make sure your headunit sub out but is turned on. and the rca's are good you said ? check your subs for an ohm reading with the ddm. JUST throwing this out there on the amp , you have the rca's going into the input not the output (for slave use) ? check where the rrca's go into the amp

yes post results, its gotta be either the headunit is bad, outputs not on, wrong outputs or the amp. or sub i guess

Ok well when you can take a ddm to the rcas. Play a spng preferably a test tone and take the ddm.to the end of the rcas the inside male end of the rcas is positive the outer meter female looking end is ground and see if your gettin any volts or amps. Then we can istablish if its the rcas and bsck lies the problem or not

how do you know your getting signal through your rca's? check that. that will explain it self. Is the amp getting power from the POWER wire or the remote. Some remote wires can power up amps and they will act like they are getting power when really its just the remote wire. check though. check settings in the headunit.

why do i always see these custom made inputs on stetsom amps ? don't they have dual inputs. sorry o.p. for the off topic question.

why wouldnt you? what if you had a pair of 10s, wanted to go louder and bigger.. then you could simply recone them into 15s instead of buying all new woofers...and some people (such as myself) dont like dealing with the added thick epoxy on the basket when doing recones.. so we just buy a whole new frame so we dont have to work on the frame as much to get the glue off ok bout if you were going from a 10 to a 15 your basically getting a 15 in sub so cut out needs to be 14.5 or what ever? ok i see. well ill stick with my tens. I wish someone would recone it for me because i bought one new one and i want them to match hhhhmmm

but a ddm to the alt. then battery at idle. have some one else to help. put the ddm on alt at idle and turn a/c on . Voltage SHOULD drop then go back up. repeat for battery. check all connections
