looking at the design to me it seems like there is way to many areas for the air pressure to get stuck before it goes out of the port. its an interesting design though. just doesnt seem to efficient to me

are you running a 4th order? It seems like its a box issue. Not to mention 49hz is really high for daily tuning

We werent happy with the output of the sub positioning so we rebuilt the baffles Much better output this way. Right now I have a single SAZ-4500D on all 8 of them at .5ohm Looking to get rid of this amp and get a single NS-1. I have 2 SAZ-4500Ds but I dont feel like buying more batteries to run the second one lol And some videos ENJOY!

What up everyone. Just doing a quick log here to catch you all up on my build. It is 8 Sundown Audio SA-12s in a B-Pillar wall. Enclosure is a 6th order bandpass that peaks at 29hz. Best score to date is a 150.3 at 29hz sealed up on the dash. Enough of my babbling. Onto pictures lol

Did you happen to see that it was done at 29hz???? There aren't that many people around that can do over a 150 below 30hz, so I'd say that is definately an achievement. I'm sure if he wanted to tune the box higher to work with the vehicle's resonant frequency you'd see about 3db added to that score. I didnt see it pesonally but the judge told me after I parked that it was at 29hz. Thank you everyone. It was a great feeling lol. 8 SA12s on 1 SAZ-4500 at .5ohm. I have to send out my other 4500 to get repaired but once that comes back I will be wiring each amp to .25 ohm
