My kenwood hdc-hd545, when using the headunit amp would distort as soon as it hit 25/35. 24/35 was the highest clean power, now that i have a 4 channel, the rca outputs distort at 33/35. I'm willing to bet your headunit distorts at about that same point like bbeljefe said ^^^

Hey Steve, You know what you should do............................................... Go give your son a pat on the back for being a good kid, i have seen too many young adults my age going down bad paths but it's always nice seeing one that's trustworthy and respectful and deserving of receiving gifts from their parents.
