yeah i think thats why i wanna use them. plus i want to run it through my back deck of my Nissan sentra. to shoot the air strait into the cab. plus when i have to put my seats up its still gonna be pushing almost all of the air into the cab instead of dampening it.

well i think if u do a tube port then you have some bad port noise. ive heard it myself. but aero ports are made to reduce port noise. I've always only worked with slot ports so i wanted to try aero ports this time. this is for a daily driver and im not all that experienced. but would i be able to here the difference between aero and slot? is it that big of a deal that i should just not use aero at all? i know steve uses them...

if ur looking to swap later why does it matter about numbers in this car? why not build the right box for "spl numbers" in whatever car u swap to. just my 2 cents..

mb quart makes a good 4 chan amp. the MB Quart4.8 is good!

that seams to be not right 4diam and 6lengh to get 33hz. but i guess it is. lol i might do 2 6in diam ports that are 9in length each. but idk.

oh ok seams easy. if i wanted to use an equation to find the right size could i? just like the volume of a cylinder or something like that?

max exterior dimensions are 30 (W) x 15.5 (H) x 25 (D). i would like the width and height to be max and the depth is the only thing that i need to know.... and i want 3.25^3feet after displacement. thanks

for 2 DCs?? i want to tune it to 33hz... i have a mac so i cant use the box calc everyone uses, and i have heard The12Volt.com's box calc is somewhat off. idk... when i did it on there it said i needed a 4in diam round port that is 6in long.... i dont think thats right.

im trying to find out how much aero port(s) i need and what size i would need for 2 12" DC lvl 3s in a trunk. im planning on shooting through the top of the box and coming out of the back deck of my nissan sentra.... so maybe not very long ports. i can only find 4 inch diam aero ports..... thanks for some advice.

alright im selling my Hifonics HFi1000.1d and my (2) JL audio 12" w3v3-2 Hifonics HFi1000.1d......... $100 + shipping The amp is in great shape. only about 4 months old. 4gauge inputs for power and ground. it does: 1000rms @ 1ohm 750rms @ 2ohm 450rms @ 4ohm and the amp does include the bass gain knob its at 10/10 mechanically and 9/10 externally. (there is some very small scratches on the top near the logo) (2) JL audio 12" w3v3-2........... $150 each + shipping Both are in excelent condition 2ohm SVC 500rms / 1000peak One of the subs is older than the other, about 4 to 5 months older. Neither are a year old. both work great and look perfect. I do have the mesh grills for them if u like for $10 each. and a carpeted, ported box for both tuned to 35hz. ........$50 extra if u want the box. both subs are 10/10 mechanically and 9/10 externally (just to make up for wear of the subs. and as for the subs in the pic. my dad didnt take the grills off when he took the pics. :/ but if anyone is interested i can get more pics per request.

i would go with the Hifonics_BRZ2400.1d because its gonna be less expensive, Hifonics are decent amps and wire it to 2Ohms. That way in the future if u decide to upgrade, u should get 2 DVC 4ohm subs and wire them to 1 ohm then u have 2400watts between them... which would be good... but thats just me.

where is the best place to buy aero ports? i think im going with one because it means less box that i have to build and i dont have tons of trunk space. lol.

which is better? just trying to design a box and was thinking of using a 4" aero port vs. a slot port, which was my first design(s). or does it really not matter?

what program did u use? i've done some work with AUTOCAD 2010 and AUTOdesk Inventor before. and they are very easy programs to use. Looks good though.

We already have the projected lazer keyboard. and it has a connection to the projection device that you can hook to your phone and type that way.

haha that does sound weird now that i read it. but i guess im asking do u think i would need a new alt if i go with the 2.0K? i do have a XS s3400 that im gonna be running.

im planning on running 2 12" DC lvl 3s and im tryin to find an amp. I really want to get DC to match. But i dont know if i should go with the 1.2K or the 2.0K? i know that the subs can handle the 2.0K but idk if i wanna spend the extra money to get it and upgrade my alt. i dont know what to do? any ideas?

Yeah i figured. But if the police were there they might have been able to work with him. Provided they saw what happend with the other guy. But i've been in a few wrecks and it sucks to have to get a new car or get it fixed. But lucky for you ur damage was nothing like i had......... 2 totalled cars (neither was my fault) and 1 whole front end replaced.... my fault. lol
